LH MLG DID NOT COME DOWN ON APPROACH, RED INTRANSIT LIGHT REMAINED ON AFTER SEVERAL CYCELS. AFTER SEVERAL TRIES LH MAIN CAME DOWN AFTER LEAVING HANDLE DOWN. SJU MAINTENANCE PEROFRMED LANDING GEAR RETRACTION AND EXTENSION CHECK, OPS CHECK GOOD.
THE PILOT REPORTED DURING CLIMB, THAT THE RIGHT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE BEGAN TO FLUCTUATE AND THEN RECEIVED A LOW OIL PRESSURE WARNING ANNUNCIATION. FOLLOWED PROCEDURES AND PERFORMED AN IN-FLIGHT SHUTDOWN OF THE RIGHT ENGINE. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED BACK AT DEPARTURE WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE RIGHT ENGINE AND DISCOVERED THE UN-FEATHERING OIL PUMP FITTINGS TO BE SOURCE OF THE OIL PRESSURE LOSS. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FITTINGS WITH NEW AND INSTALLED NEW O-RINGS. PERFORMED GROUND RUNS WITH NO LEAKS NOTED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE AND NO SUBSEQUENT ISSUES HAVE BEEN REPORTED.
DURING DESCENT, AND WHEN THE ENGINE POWER WAS REDUCED ON THE RIGHT ENGINE, FOUND THE POWER LEVER UNRESPONSIVE. DISCONTINUED THE APPROACH TO TROUBLESHOT THE ISSUE WITH VFR. FOLLOWING THE PROCEDURE FOR ENGINE CONTROL MALFUNCTION CHECK LIST, WAS STILL UNABLE TO REDUCE POWER TO THE RIGHT ENGINE AND PROCEEDED TO PERFORM A PRECAUTIONARY IN FLIGHT ENGINE SHUTDOWN. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
ENROUTE, DISCOVERED THE LEFT ENGINE WAS UN-RESPONSIVE TO POWER LEVER MOVEMENT. FOLLOWED EMERGENCY PROCEDURES, AND SHUTDOWN THE LEFT ENGINE, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, DIVERTED. AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT THE LEFT ENGINE POWER LEVER CONTROL SYSTEM AND FOUND NO DEFECTS. AFTER REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF THE INLET, P2T2, SENSOR THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE WITH NO FURTHER ISSUES REGARDING THIS SYSTEM.
ON APPROACH, THE PILOT REPORTED THAT THE LT & RT HYD SYS WARNING ANNUNCIATORS ILLUMINATED. THE PILOT SELECTED THE LG HANDLE TO THE EXTEND POSITION, THE GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE PILOT PERFORMED AN EMER LG EXTENSION. FOLLOWING A SUCCESSFUL EXTENSION OF THE LG, THE LG UNSAFE LIGHT EXTINGUISHED & THE PILOT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. INSPECTION REVEALED A LEAK IN A HYD HARD LINE IN THE RT LG WW AREA. REPLACED THE HARD LINE. PERFORMED A HYD SYS MX OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE LG & FLAP SYSTEMS. ALL CHECKS WERE NORMAL & NO LEAKS PRESENT.
ON APPROACH, PILOT SELECTED FLAP DOWN, PILOT NOTICED HYD FAILED LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE HYD PRESS GAUGE INDICATED 0. PILOT DECIDED THAT THE WINDS WERE TOO HIGH TO PERFORM A LANDING WITHOUT FLAPS AT THAT POINT, PILOT DIVERTED BACK. DURING APPROACH PILOT PERFORMED AN EMER EXTENSION OF THE LG, PILOT RECEIVED THREE GREEN DOWN & LOCKED ANNUNCIATOR LIGHTS & LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. INSPECTION REVEALED CRACKED HYD LINE, PN 27-81032-177, IN RT LG WW FOR FLAP DOWN PRESS LINE. R & R HYD LINE. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF HYD SYS. ALL SYS CHECKS WERE NORMAL.
EN ROUTE, PILOT REPORTED THAT RIGHT HYDRAULIC PRESSURE LOW ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. PILOT CHECKED HYDRAULIC PRESSURE, IT WAS AT 1900 PSI. AFTER ABOUT A MINUTE ANNUNCIATOR WENT OUT. CAME ON INTERMITTENTLY & FINALLY STAYED ON. LEFT HYDRAULIC PRESSURE LOW ANNUNCIATOR STARTED FLASHING, FOLLOWED BY HYDRAULIC PRESSURE FLUCTUATING. BOTH ANNUNCIATORS ILLUMINATED AND PRESSURE DROPPED TO ZERO. DIVERTED. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND LT FLAP DOWN HYDRAULIC LINE IN WHEEL WELL AREA, CRACKED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE HYDRAULIC LINE, HYDRAULIC SYSTEM LEAK CHECKED OK AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
