WE HAD A CARGO DOOR WARNING ON WE CLOSED THE DOOR 3 TIMES AND CHECKED THE VENT DOOR ON THE OUTSIDE AND EVERYTHING LOOKED CLOSED. HOWEVER AFTER AIRBORNE WE LOST PRESSURIZATION AND RETURNED BACK TO THE FIELD. AFTER TOTAL RESET THE CARGO DOOR WARNING REMAINED ON. CARGO DOOR SENSOR HARNESS REPLACED IAW GL6000 AMM 52-31-00-400-801, SPM-WM-20-16-05 OPS TEST C/W IAW AMM 52-31-00.
L WINDOW HEAT FAIL AMBER CAS: L WINDOW HEAT FAIL CAS MESSAGE APPEARED IN CRUISE FLIGHT 41000 FT. CREW FOLLOWED QRH PROCEDURES, UNABLE TO RESET, AND LEFT THE CIRCUIT BREAKER PULLED (CCBP F-11) AS DIRECTED BY THE PROCEDURE CORRECTIVE ACTION: VERIFIED DISCREPANCY. LOOKED UP THE FAULT FOR THE WINDOW HEAT AND FOUND CODE 3040012IN FOR THE LEFT WINDOW HEATER/ WIRING OPEN. GAINED ACCESS TO THE LH WINDOW HEAT CONTROLLER. FOLLOWED THE SFP AND FOUND THE LH WINDOW HEATER RESISTANCE TO BE OUT OF LIMITS. THE LH WINDOW WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED. CONTACTED MCC AND PLACED PARTS ON ORDER. WAITING FOR PARTS TO ARRIVE. 01MAY2025. POSITIONED AC INSIDE HANGAR FOR WINDOW REPLACEMENT. GAINED ACCESS AND REMOVED LH SIDE WINDOW ASSY PN: GC331-0003-7 SN: 5587 DUE TO L WINDOW HEAT FAIL AMBER CAS. PREPPED AREA FOR WINDOW INSTALLATION AND WAITED FOR WINDOW TO ARRIVE. RETRIEVED PARTS AND PART CHECK WAS SATISFACTORY. VERIFIED RESISTANCES OF THE SIDE WINDOW HEATING WERE WITHIN LIMITS. INSTALLED A NEW LH SIDE WINDOW ASSY PN: GC331-0003-7 SN: 7913 WITH ALL NEW HARDWARE AND APPLIED SEALANT. SECURED AC FOR THE NIGHT WHILE SEALANT CURES. WORK PERFORMED IRW GL-6000 AMM 56-10-05. 02MAY2025. REPOSITIONED AC OUTSIDE THE HANGAR FOR SEALANT TO CURE IN THE SUN, LATER FOUND THE SEALANT TO BE CURED. POWERED ON AC AND PERFORMED OPS CHECKS IAW GL-6000 AMM 30-41-00-710-803 WERE SATISFACTORY. PERFORMED LEAK CHECK OF LH SIDE WINDOW IAW GL-6000 AMM 56-00-00-790-801 AND LEAK CHECK WAS SATISFACTORY. CLOSED ACCESS TO COCKPIT INTERIOR AS NEEDED AND FINAL CHECKS ARE SATISFACTORY. NOTIFIED MCC AND RETURNED AC TO ITS ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION. ORIGINAL SUBMISSION DATE: 02MAY2025.
BAGGAGE DOOR: ON CLIMB OUT THROUGH 10000FT THE CARGO DOOR ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. WE STOPPED THE CLIMB AND DESCENDED BACK TO 10000FT AND THE LIGHT EXTINGUISHED. WE THEN FELT THE CABIN ALTITUDE CLIMBING FOLLOWED BY THE RED CABIN ALT ANNUNCIATOR. WE RETURNED TO FLL WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT, BUT DID INSPECT THE CARGO DOOR AFTER LANDING AND DID NOT NOTICE ANYTHING UNUSUAL. REMOVED AND REPLACED LGECU.
MAIN DOOR MOTOR SWITCH: PASSENGER DOOR INTERIOR AIRSTAIR DOOR SWITCH IS INOP. THE INTERIOR SWITCH WILL INTERMITTENTLY FAIL TO RAISE THE PASSENGER DOOR SUFFICIENTLY TO SECURE THE DOOR CLOSED. THE EXTERIOR AIRSTAIR DOOR SWITCH OPERATES THE DOOR PROPERLY AND CONSISTENTLY. THE DISCREPANCY WITH THE PAX DOOR POWER ASSIST IS WITH THE INTERIOR AIRSTAIR DOOR SWITCH ITSELF.///SIGN-OFF///REMOVED AND REPLACED PAX DOOR SWITCH PANEL IAW GLOBAL 6000 MM 44-11-50. OPS CHECK GOOD.
RIGHT PACK INOPERATIVE. NO CAS MESSAGE. CABIN BEGAN CLIMBING WITH AIRCRAFT. AIRCRAFT LEVELED OFF PRIOR TO 10,000 FEET AND DIVERTED UNEVENTFULLY. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RT PACK FLOW CONTROL VALVE IAW AMM 21-51-25. OPS & LEAK CHECKED GOOD. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 AIR CONTROLLER IAW AMM 21-60-21. PERFORMED AN OPS AND LEAK CHECK, OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
