MAIN DOOR: MAIN ENTRY DOOR IS OPEN WITH THE BOTTOM STEP EXTENDED AND WILL NOT CLOSE. AUTO FUNCTION WILL NOT WORK. CANNOT BE ACTUATED BY EITHER INTERIOR SWITCH OR EXTERIOR SWITCH (MANUAL OR AUTO). WHILE ATTEMPTING TO MANUALLY CLOSE THE DOOR WITHOUT THE MOTOR ASSIST, WE COULD NOT RETRACT THE BOTTOM STEP. IT APPEARS FROZEN IN THE EXTENDED POSITION. THEREFORE, THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR CANNOT BE CLOSED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED DOOR ACTUATOR. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW BOMBARDIER GL-6000 AMM 52-11-25
CABIN SMOKE: ABOUT THREE MINUTES AFTER DEPARTURE FROM HPN, DURING INITIAL CLIMB OUT, AN ACRID AND OILY SMELL IN THE CABIN DEVELOPED AND WE NOTICED HEAVY SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT. WE DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DECIDED TO DIVERT TO TEB AS IT WAS NOW CLOSER. WE PERFORMED THE SMOKE REMOVAL CHECKLIST WHICH HAD US ISOLATE THE LEFT ENGINE BLEED AND THAT SEEMED TO CLEAR UP THE SMOKE PROBLEM. WE PERFORMED A NORMAL LANDING AT TEB.
SMOKE AND FUMES EVIDENT IN CABIN AND COCKPIT. SIC INVESTIGATED, SMOKE AND FUMES SEEMED TO BE COMING FROM ENVIROMENTAL SYSTEM EVENLY THROUGH AIRCRAFT. RETURNED FOR LANDING. FIRE DEPARTMENT GREETED US, NO ABNORMALITIES FOUND WITH FLIR. PER MCC REQUEST, RAN ENGINES TO BURN OUT DUCTS OF ANY REMAINING OIL SMALL, COCKPIT AND CABLN ARE CLEARED OUT OF ANY REMAINING OIL SMELL, REF GL-6000 MM, 21â¢52â¢00 & POH. APU NEEDS REPLACEMENT DUE TO COMPRESSOR SEAL OIL LEAK, SEE BARCODE # T2PL6DOOB17TY, PLACED ON MEL 49-10-01. MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES COMPLIED WITH.
DURING FLIGHT, WHILE USING THE MICROWAVE, THERE WAS AN AUDIBLE POP, THE MICROWAVE WENT DARK AND THERE WAS AN ELECTRICAL SMELL. AFTER LANDING THE MICROWAVE CB ON THE CES IS LOCKED, AND NONE OF THE OUTLETS IN THE GALLEY OR CREW REST AREA WORK. R&R THE ACPDE#5 DUE TO MICROWAVE INOP DURING FLIGHT. OPERATIONAL CHECKS ARE GOOD. WORK DONE IAW BOMBARDIER BD-700 9475 SMM 24-52-52.
REPEAT WRITE UP. MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR MOTOR NOT WORKING. UNABLE TO CLOSE MAIN DOOR. SIGN OFF. REMOVED DEFECTIVE PASSENGER DOOR ACTUATOR, IAW GL 6000 AMM 52-11-25-000-801. INSTALLED A REPAIRED PASSENGER DOOR ACTUATOR, LAW GL 6000 AMM 52-11-25-400-801. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE PASSENGER DOOR IAW GL 6000 AMM 52-11-00-710-80 I.
