DURING C CHECK INSPECTION MAIN CABIN DOOR FORWARD UPPER ROLLER BRACKET HAD A DAMAGED NUTPLATE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED ROLLER BRACKET ASSEMBLY AND FOUND BRACKET TO BE CRACKED. THE CRACKED HOLE WAS DRILLED OVERSIZED TO .375" TO REMOVE CRACK. THE HOLE WAS REAMED AND HFEC WAS PERFORMED. NO CRACK WAS FOUND. REPLACED THE BEARING. INSTALL THE SPHERICAL BEARING AND PERFORMED ALL CHECKS. A/C WAS RELEASED AT THE CLOSE OF THE C-CHECK. ALL WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED IAW EMB 145XR SRM 55-37-00, 55-30-02.
A/C WAS IN A C CHECK STATUS AND THE O/B BUSHION HOLE ON THE PCA BRACKET ATTACH POINT WAS FOUND OVERSIZE ON THE RT AILERON. MX REPLACED THE PCA BRACKET IAW EC 5750-01177. ALL WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED AND WAS RELEASED BACK TO SERVICE.
