DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE THE AFT CENTER AISLE EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 4 EMERGENCY LIGHT INVERTER. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
DURING 1A INSPECTION, THE AFT ENERGENCY EXIT SIGN IN THE CEILING WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE LIGHT, RESECURRED THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING MX INSPECTION THE EXTERNAL SERVICE DOOR EXIT LIGHT WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. MX REPAIRED BROKEN WIRE IN THE SERVICE DOOR WIRE HARNESS WITH OPS CHECK GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

ABE FLT 6041 THE CREW REPORTED A MAIN PITCH TRIM INOP MESSAGE ON THE EICAS. THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED INTO CLE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE HORIZONTAL STAB CONTROL UNIT. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.

MCI FLT 232 THE CREW REPORTED A BLEED 2 OVERTEMP MESSAGE IN FLT. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO MCI AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED A DAMAGED SERVO LINE AT THE NR 2 FAN AIR VALVE. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
MCI - REPO-FLIGHT 232, THE CREW REPORTED A BLEED TWO OVERTEMP. THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO MCI WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PLACED THE NUMBER TWO BLEED AIR ON MEL, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. IAH MAINTENANCE SUBSEQUENTLY REMOVED AND REPLACED THE E2 FAN AIR THERMOSTAT, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS. REMOVED THE MEL, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
OAK FLT 230 THE CREW REPORTED A BLEED 2 OVERTEMP MESSAGE. THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR 2 FAN AIR THERMOSTAT. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
DURING ENGINE MX RUNS A OIL ODOR IN THE CABIN WAS NOTED COMING FROM THE NR 2 ENGINE. MX REPLACED THE NR 2 ENGINE AND OPS CHECKS WERE GOOD.
AIR RETURN FOR LAV SMOKE INDICATION. MAINTENANCE COMPLIED WITH A VISUAL CHECK, BOROSCOPE BOTH ENGINES AND TEST FLEW TO CLE AND NO FURTHER ISSUES WERE NOTED. TEST FLIGHT GOOD. RELEASED BACK TO SERVICE. RESULTS OF THE ENGINE TEARDOWN REVEALED LEAKAGE FROM THE COOL FRONT SUMP.
FLT 113 LAV SMOKE ON DEPARTURE. ACFT RETURNED TO TYS. NR 1 ENG CHANGE IN PROCESS. THE RESULT OF THE INVESTIGATION AT THE SHOP SHOWED THAT LEAKAGE WAS FOUND FROM THE COOL FRONT SUMP.
RIC - DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION, RIC MX FOUND LT FORWARD OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT INOPERATIVE. MX R&R LT FORWARD OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT HOUSING AND PERFORMED OPS CHECK SUCCESSFULLY. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.
EWR/TYS-ACFT WAS STRUCK IN EWR BY A BELTLOADER AND PUNCTURED THE SKIN UNDER THE CARGO BAY. THE ACFT WAS FERRY FLOWN TO TYS. TYS MAINTENANCE INSTALLED A DOUBLER, FILLER, AND SHIMS ON FUSELAGE SKIN BETWEEN FRAMES 64-65 AND STRINGERS 19L-21L IAW EC 5330-01830. THE PRESSURE CHECK WAS GOOD AND THE ACFT WAS RELEASED TO SERVICE. TYS - DURING A 2C INSPECTION CORROSION WAS FOUND IN THE NR 2 ENG AIR INLET ATTACH POINT HOLES. MAINTENANCE REWORKED THE ATTACH POINT HOLES IAW EC 5420-01136 AND WILL BE RELEASED AT THE END OF THE C-CHECK. (S)
TYS FLIGHT 2205 MADE A UNSCHEDULED LANDING DUE TO SOME FUEL LEAKING FRON THE LEFT WING. MAINTENANCE REMOVED SEALANT FROM THE EFFECTED AREA AND RESEALED IAW EMB 145XR 51-20-01. LEAK CHECKS WERE GOOD AND A/C WAS RELEASED BACK INTO SERVICE.
COCKPIT EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT INOP. REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT OPS CHECK GOOD AIRCRAFT RELEASED AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
