THE RT BS 117 FRAME WAS FOUND CRACKED DURING A PHASE VISUAL INSPECTION. THE CRACK EXTENDED OUTBOARD 5.0 INCH FROM THE INBOARD FLANGE FREE EDGE AT RBL 67. THE FRAME WAS REPLACED.
