CREW REPORTED AFTER TAKEOFF, SMOKE COMING FROM DOOR WARNING PANEL NEXT TO CO-PILOT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED BEHIND PANEL AND FOUND THAT DE-ICING FLUID HAD LEAKED ONTO PANEL. DRIED PANEL AND RESEALED. PERFORMED SYSTEMS CHECK AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
