ENTRANCE DOOR CYCLES PART WAY UP & DOWN WITH POWER ON THE ACFT POWERED DOWN. DOOR IS LATCHED CLOSED, MOTOR STILL CYCLES ON & OFF. LIGHTS & SHADES FLICKERING. CYCLED DOOR SEVERAL TIMES NO DEFECTS. POWERED ACFT & CYCLED DOOR, NO DEFECTS. PERFORMED GVI & FOUND WATER INTRUSION ON RDE 1. PERFORMING GVI FOUND DOOR CYCLING COMMANDED. CYCLED POWER MULTIPLE TIMES & PAX DOOR CYCLING COMMANDED. ON FINAL POWER OFF DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE AT ALL. REMOVED RDE 1 & RDE 2. TEMP INSTALLED RDE 2 INTO RDE 1 POSITION, FOUND DOOR TO BE CYCLING PROPERTY. REMOVED RDE 1. RESTORED RDE 1 TO ITS ORIGINAL #2 POSITION & INSTALLED A CUS SUPP OVERHAULD RDE #1 IAW AMM 44-10-40. OPS TEST OF MED OPEN & CLOSE FUNCTIONS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
AFTER TAKEOFF AND GEAR UP WE EXPERIENCED MODERATE TURBULENCE IN A TURN WHILE THE SLATS AND FLAPS WERE RETRACTING. AIRSPEED SPIKED TO 211/212 MAX WHILE THEY WERE RETRACTING. PERFORMED UNSCHEDULE OVERSPEED CONDITION INSPECTION AND NO DEFECTS FOUND AT THIS TIME IAW GL6000 AMM 05-51-05
MAIN DOOR VENT FLAP NOT ALIGNED, NOT SEALED AFTER TAKE OFF. CLEANED AND LUBRICATED SEAL PERFORMED SEVERAL OPS CHECK OF THE MAIN DOOR WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED IAW BOMBARDIER GLOBAL 6000 MM CH 52÷11÷69.
MAIN DOOR AUTO RETRACT INOP AND THE MANUAL OPERATION IS INTERMITTENT AT BEST. REMOVED RDE 1 AND INSTALLED REPAIRED RDE IAW AMM 44-10-40. ALL OPS CHECKS AND FUNCTIONAL CHECKS SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME.

EXTINGUISHED 2 MINS LATER. // SIGNOFF// R/R FUEL MANAGEMENT COMPUTER IAW AMM 28-10-00-680-801 DUE TO FUEL QUANTITY INDICATION PN: OFF GP546-1501-13 & SN: OFF 0579 OPS CHECKED SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD. R/R CONTACTOR DUE TO AC BUS FAIL AMBER CAS, IAW AMM 24-51-33-001-400-801 PN: OFF 171457 & SN: OFF 08433 OPS CHECKED SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD.
L ENG FIRE RED CAS: AFTER LANDING RECEIVED L ENG FIRE INDICATION, STARTED GETTING A BURNING SMELL IN CABIN, RAN APPROPRIATE CHECKLIST , FIRST BOTTLE WAS DISCHARGED AFTER A CERTAIN TIME FIRE INDICATION RETURNED AND SECOND BOTTLE DISCHARGED , FIRE INDICATION THEN EXTINGUISHED, FINISHED CHECKLIST. L FIRE RED CAS TROUBLESHOOTING CARRIED OUT, FIRE BOTTLE 1 & 2 REPLACED, 4 SQUIBS REPLACED, FIDEX REPLACED.
COCKPIT SMOKE: AFTER STARTING THE APU WE HAD R PACK FAULT EICAS MESSAGE. WE WERE UNABLE TO CLEAR IT AFTER RESTART. WHEN TURNING RPACK OFF AND BACK ON AS INDICATED BY MEL PROCEDURE ELECTRIC SMOKE LIKE ODOR AND ASH LIKE SUBSTANCE CAME OUT OF COCKPIT AIRCONDITIONING VENTS COVERING EVERYTHING WITH WHITE ASH/DUST LIKE SUBSTANCE. ALSO A STRANGE GRINDING NOISE & VIBRATION FELT ON FLOOR. AFTER SHUTTING PLANE DOWN, OPENED AFT EQUIPMENT BAY & COULD SMELL ELECTRIC SMOKE ODOR INSIDE. REMOVE RH ACM. P/N GG431-2010-3 S/N 01099. INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED OVERHAULED UNIT. P/N GG431-2010-3 S/N 00648 WORK DONE IN REF TO GL-6000 AMM 21-52-21 21-52-09. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
