THIS ALL BEGAN WHEN THE HBMU 2 CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED ON THE EMS-CDU. T/S SYSTEM, REMOVED SUSPECTED HBMU FAULT REMAINED. REINSTALLED HBMU. ALL WORK IN REF. TO AMM 30-31-01. T/S SYSTEM FURTHER, FOUND #4 SPDA AT FAULT, REMOVED FAULTY #4 SPDA (P/N -1705836B S/N -2022). AND INSTALLED MODIFIED UNIT (P/N -1705836B S/N -1506). OPS CHECKS OK. ALL WORK IN REF TO GL-6000S AMM 24-62-01.

MX CORRECTED THE PAX DOOR DISCREPANCY BY REMOVING UNSERVICEABLE DOOR ACTUATOR & REPLACING IT WITH A REPAIRED SERVICEABLE UNIT IAW AMM 52-11-25-400-801, FOLLOWED BY FULL RIGGING OF THE ACTUATOR IAW 52-11-25-820-801. PAX DOOR CHAIN REMOVED AND REINSTALLED IAW 52-11-33-000-801 & 52-11-33-400-801.

AIR DATA COMPUTER: AFTER TAKEOFF WINDSHEAR ON THE PFD DISPLAYED FOLLOWED BY AUTO THROTTLES OFF AND THE AUTO PILOT WOULD NOT RE-ENGAGE. BOTH PFDS HAD MULTI FAILURES AND THEN BEGAN FLASHING AND SWITCHING BETWEEN SVS ON AND OFF. AFTER TURNING OFF SVS SOME OF THE FAILURES BEGAN TO DISCONTINUE. THE AUTO PILOT DID NOT RETURN UNTIL A SWAP OF THE CPL TO THE OTHER SIDE. THE FOLLOWING MESSAGES WERE IN EICAS . AT 1 AND 2 FAIL. TAT 1 FAIL . SVS FAIL. FD 1 FAIL . CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED WIRE HARNESS . REPLACE WIRE HARNESS INDICATED IN ITEM 3.85 INSTALLED NEW WIRE HARNESS PN 07C0752-001 ON LH T20 PROBE. REF EMM 73-21-05

OPS CHECK GOOD. INSPECTED NOSE LANDING GEAR FOR OBVIOUS DAMAGE OF DEFECTS. NO FAULTS FOUND. INSPECTED #2 LANDING GEAR SELECTOR VALVE FOR LEAKS OR DAMAGE SINCE IT WAS RECENTLY REPLACED, NO FAULTS FOUND. BLED #2 AND #3 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM AS PRECAUTION WITH REF TO AMM 29-10-00. NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED NOSE STEERING INSPECTION AND TEST WITH REF TO AMM 32-51-00, NO FAULTS FOUND. INFORMED MCC. AS PER MCC, THEY SUGGEST REPLACING NOSE GEAR ACTUATOR. PART ON ORDER. PREPPED AIRCRAFT FOR JACKING AND PULLED ALL ASSOCIATED CBS PER GL6000 AMM 07-10-01, JACKED AIRCRAFT, OPENED GEAR DOOR AND PREPPED FOR NOSE GEAR RETRACTION ACTUATOR R/R, ACCOMPLISHED UP TO GL6000 AMM 32-33-01 PARAGRAPH 1.D.3 INSPECTED AREA ~ PAPERWORK ON THE REPLACEMENT NLG ACTUATOR. OK TO REMOVE THE NLG ACTUATOR. REMOVED THE NLG ACTUATOR IAW GL6000 AMM 32-33-01. NEED OKTO INSTALL. TECH VERIFIED THE P/N AND SERIAL ~BER ON THE REPLACEMENT PART, OK TO INSTALL THE REPAIRED NLG RETRACT ACTUATOR. INSTALLED THE REPAIRED NLG RETRACT ACTUATOR IAW &00 AMM 32·33·01-400-801, BLEEDING OF SYSTEM 3 AND OPERATIONAL TEST IS REQUIRED. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY BLEEDING PROCEDURE AND OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE EXTENSION AND RETRACTION SYSTEM IAW GL6000 AMM 32-30-00-710-801. RIGGING WAS NOT AFFECTED. DOWNJACKED THE AIRCRAFT AND SERVICED THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM IAW GL6000 AMM 29·10-00. ALL CBS PREVIOUSLY LOCKED AND DISTURBED ARE NOW RESET TO ORIGINAL CONDITION.

INSTALLED NEW GEAR SELECTOR VALVE IAW GL6000 MM 32-31-13 OPERATIONAL TEST REQUIRED PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW GL6000 MM 32-30-00-710-801 OPS CHECK GOOD. PERFORMED BLEEDING OF THE #3 AND #2 HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS IAW GL6000 AMM 29-10-00. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK AND LEAK CHECK OF THE LANDING GEAR EXTENSION /RETRACTION SYSTEM IAW GL6000 AMM 32-30-00. OPERATIONAL TEST AND LEAK CHECK SATISFACTORY NO FURTHER FAILS OR DEFECTS NOTED. DOWNJACKED A/C. REINSTALLED MLG WHEEL BINS AND PLACED ALL CB'S BACK TO ORIGINAL CONFIG. SERVICED ALL HYDRAULICS IAW GL6000 AMM 12-12-00. ORIGINAL SUBMISSION DATE: 12/2/2022
