ON APPROACH INTO TEB, THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE WAS MOVED TO LOWER THE GEAR. BOTH MAIN LANDING GEAR TRANSITON LIGHTS CAME ON AND THE GEAR DID NOT EXTEND. THE FLIGHT CREW USED THE EMERGENCY SYSTEM TO LOWER AND LOCK THE GEAR IN PLACE. (M)
FOUND THIS NON-PMAD BATTERY PACK INSTALLED IN CUSTOMERS PS823A. THIS SHOULD BE TRACED TO INSTALLER, TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE USING PMAD PACKS.
PASSING 7000 FEET NR 2 ENGINE FIRELIGHT AND WARNING HORN ACTIVATED. ENGINE FIRE CHECKLIST INITIATED WITH AN ENGINE SHUTDOWN. FIRE SYSTEM DEACTIVATED IMMEDIATELY AFTER ENGINE SHUTDOWN AND CREW ELECTED NOT TO ACTIVATE FIRE EXTINGUISHER. APPARENT CAUSE, BLOWN BLEED AIR PIPE SEAL AT Y PIPE BLOWING ON FIRE LOOP. (M)
PRESSURIZATION CONTROLLER FAILED TO MAINTAIN CABIN PRESSURE. REPLACEMENT OF CONTROLLER WITH REPAIRED UNIT AND OPS CHECKED SYSTEM PER WORK CARD 84.0 TO BE GOOD.
