FAILURE OF LANDING EAR MOTOR RELAY CAUSED LANDING GEAR EXTENSION FAILURE. LANDING GEAR WAS EXTEDNED BY USE OF HAND PUMP. LANDING GEAR CIRCUIT BREAKER, RELAY, AND RELAY DIODE WERE REPLACED WITH NEW. LANDING GEAR SYSTEM WAS FUNCTIONALLY TESTED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
