FORWARD CARGO FLOOR PANEL HAS A CRACK OF 4.5 INCHES IN LENGTH BETWEEN FRAMES 28 AND 31. DAMAGE CLEANED AND FILLED. APPLIED DOUBLER REPAIR IAW 53-02-00-3, AND AMM 20-50. OK FOR SERVICE.
EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY 14WL FAILED TO TEST. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE POWER SUPPLY IAW AMM 33-51-38. OK FOR SERVICE.
AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED. HOT BRAKES INDICATION ILLUMINATED ON INITIAL POWER APPLICATION. TAKEOFF ABORTED. BRAKES COOLED BELOW 150 DEGREES. ACCOMPLISHED BRAKING AND STEERING CONTROL UNIT BITE TEST IAW 32-46-740-001 AND INSPECTED BRAKES IAW AMM 32-40-00. ALL NORMAL, OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
