THE FLIGHT CREW STARTED ROLL AND THE LT ENGINE TORQUE ROLLED BACK TO 80 PERCENT. TTL WAS ON AND SRL WAS ON. FLIGHT CREW ABORTED TAKEOFF. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED ENGINE FUEL CONTROL WITH NEW.
