PILOTS ANGLE OF ATTACK FAILED. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED BIT TEST OF AOA COMPUTER AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAULT.AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE AND HASS COMPLETED SIX FLIGHTS WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL ISSUES.
PILOT NOTED VIBRATION IN NLG DURING TAKEOFF ROLL / BOTH NOSE WHEEL TIRE ASSEMBLIES WERE REPLACED WITH NEW TIRES. PILOTS PERFORMED HIGH SPEED TAXI WITH NO FURTHER ISSUES NOTED AT THIS TIME.
AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED A HYDRAULIC FLUID LOSS INDICATION. THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO MCO AND LANDED SAFELY WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT. HYD VOL LOW A ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. AIRCRAFT IS CURRENTLY IN WORK.
SUPPLEMENTAL ENTRY TO ADD PART/COMPONENT INFORMATION.
ON DESCENT INTO KCVG, PASSING THROUGH 10,000', THE EICAS DISPLAYED "PITCH FEEL FAIL". THE CHECKLIST DIRECTED THE CREW TO DISENGAGE THE AUTOPILOT, SLOW TO 250 KT, AND LAND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AFTER TOUCHDOWN, THE EICAS MESSAGE DISAPPEARED. CREW DID NOT NOTICE THE AIRCRAFT FLYING ANY DIFFERENTLY, BUT DECIDED TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY IN ORDER TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS OF THE CHECKLIST WHICH WERE TO LAND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
