AC HAD HYDRAULIC LIGHT, PILOT PERFORMED A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING AT THE AIRPORT. UPON INSP FOUND HYDRAULIC LINE FROM PUMP TO MANIFOLD LEAKING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SWEDGE FITTING. HYDRAULIC LINE WAS REPLACED WITH NEW LINE. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM WAS SERVICED, GROUND RUN, AND LEAK CHECK NORMAL. FLIGHT CONTROL CHECK NORMAL. AC WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (K)
T/R SPAR FOUND TO HAVE 5 INCH LONG SPANWISE SPAR CRACK, FOUND BY PILOT UPON TURN AROUND CHECK. THIS CONDITION PERSISTS ON THIS MODEL HELICOPTER AND PN COMPONENT. REPLACED ENTIRE T/R BLADE WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT. RETURN HELICOPTER TO SERVICE.

ENGINE CHIP LIGHT ILLUMINATED DURING PART 135 FLIGHT. PILOT MADE PRECAUTIONARY LANDING ON IMPROVED PRIVATE HELIPAD. MECHANIC DISPATCHED TO SIDE. FOUND EXCESSIVE METAL SLIVERS ON ALL ENGINE OIL SYSTEM MAGNETIC AND INDICATOR CHIP DETECTORS. AIRCRAFT GROUNDED FROM FURTHER FLIGHT. AIRCRAFT TRUCKED BACK TO BASE, AND ENGINE WAS REMOVED.
