THE ACFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE ACFT, SWAPPED SCREENS AND PLACED THE DEFECTIVE SCREEN ON MEL 34-22-01, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. ON 12/14/15 MAINTENANCE R & R THE AFFECTED DISPLAY UNIT, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, REMOVED THE MEL, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

TYS - A/C WAS LEAVING MHT WHEN SMOKE WAS DISCOVERED IN THE COCKPIT, CREW RETURNED TO MHT. A/C WAS FERRIED TO TYS FOR A NR 1 ENGINE CHANGE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 ENGINE AND OPS CHECK GOOD. RELEASED TO SERVICE. ALL WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED IAW WITH THE AMM 72-00-00.

MSP FLT 2270 THE CREW REPORTED AN ENGINE FIRE DETECTOR FAIL MESSAGE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 ENGINE FIRE DETECTOR LOOP. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
CLE FLT 2051 THE CREW REPORTED A PITCH TRIM MAIN INOP MESSAGE ON THE EICAS DURING TAXI. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE GATE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE CAPTAINS PITCH TRIM SWITCH. ALSO REPLACED THE HORIZONTAL STAB ACTUATOR. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.

FLIGHT 2066 - RIC - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED AIR GROUND FAIL INDICATION ON EICAS DURING CLIMBING. FLIGHT CREW PROCEEDED WITH AIR RETURN AND LANDED ACFT WITHOUT ANY INCIDENTS. RIC MX REMOVED AND REPLACED NOSE LANDING GEAR UPLOCK PROXIMITY SWITCH AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK SUCCESSFULLY. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.

MAINTENANCE CLEANED THE SPRAY NOZZLE ON THE NUMBER ONE PACK WATER SEPARATOR, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS OR MIST/SMOKE NOTED, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT 2640 - EWR - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED ENGINE 1 TEMPERATURE IN AMBER RANGE DURING CLIMB. CREW PERFORMED AIR RETURN AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. DURING LANDING, ENGINE 1 EXCEEDANCE CAUTION MESSAGE DISPLAYED. EWR MX REMOVED AND REPLACED COMPRESSOR BLEED VALVE AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK SUCCESSFULLY. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.

THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT IAH WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE MOST OUTBOARD FLAPPER VALVE ON THE RIGHT WING. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER ACTUATOR CONTROL UNIT, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT 2543 - EN ROUTE TO IAH THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE NR 1 ENGINE SHUT DOWN UNCOMMANDED DURING DESCENT AROUND 14,000 FT. ENGINE 1 OUT, MESSAGE WAS DISPLAYED ON THE EICAS SCREEN ALONG WITH SHED BUS 1 AND 2. THE CREW ATTEMPTED TO AIR START THE ENGINE BUT WAS UNABLE TO AND THE NR 1 ENGINE N2 INDICATION WENT TO DASHES. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT IAH WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE ENGINE. NOTE: NO TIMES OR SERIAL NUMBER AVAILABLE FOR BEVEL GEAR.
IAH LOG SQUAWK ON CABIN PREFLIGHT DISCOVERED LIGHT BULB OUT IN EXIT SIGN ABOVE EXIT ROW. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 4 BATTERY POWER SUPPLY REF EMB145 MM 33-50-04. OPS CHECK GOOD.
IAH - FLIGHT 2039, DURING PRE-FLIGHT INSPECTION, THE CREW REPORTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER FOUR EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
EWR SQUAWK BATT NR 4 EMERGENCY LIGHTS OUT. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 4 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY CHARGER IAW EMB-145XR AMM 33-50-04. OPS CHECK GOOD.
