BATT TIE OPEN ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED DURING FLIGHT.
CORROSION CRACKING FOUND ON BELLY SKIN BETWEEN BS 273.25 AND 288, BL 0 AND 12 INCHES LEFT AND RIGHT OF SAID BUTT LINE. NO VISUAL CORROSION IS DETECTABLE FROM EITHER INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE AIRCRAFT. ONLY THE BULGING IN THE SKIN STRUCTURE IS VISIBLE.
DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION A CRACK WAS FOUND ON THE RT WING FLAP. THE ACFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE & REPAIRED.
RIGHT BRAKE FAILED ON LANDING. NO PEDAL PRESSURE ON EITHER PILOT'S OR CO-PILOT'S BRAKE PEDAL.
PIC NOTICED LANDING GEAR CB POPPED. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST AND CB RESET AND IT POPPED AGAIN. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BASE. CREW MANUALLY EXTENDED LANDING GEAR. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITH NO ISSUE.
ON ILS TO 22L (BOS) PUT THE LANDING GEAR DOWN AND GOT A WARNING INDICATION HAD TO INITIATE A GO-AROUND AND PERFORM ABNORMAL GEAR EXT. INSTALLED HYD POWER PACK LANDING GEAR MOTOR RELAY AND NEW LANDING GEAR POWER CB AND REINSTALLED CB IAW BEECH 1900D 24-00-00. PERFORMED LANDING GEAR, OPS CHECK IAW CWC 32-30-01.
ON TAKEOFF, LT PROP FEATHERED. REMOVED AND REPLACED OVERSPEED GOVERNOR, AND REMOVED AND REPLACED PROP GOVERNOR ON LT SIDE REF 61-20-02, PN:8210-410 SN: 11536603.
RETURN TO GATE, LEFT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE DROPPED TO 60 PSI AND REMAINED AT 60 DURING TAXI OUT. OIL PRESSURE NEEDLE BEGAN BOUNCING BETWEEN 60 PSI AND 110 PSI. REMOVED AND REPLACED OIL PRESSURE TRANSDUCER IAW BMM 1900D 79-50-00-207 RAN LT ENG FOR LEAK AND OPS CHK GOOD, NO LEAKS FOUND PN ON/OFF 101-399073-5, SN OFF 4932-1-145.
FLAPS WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER LANDING. MAINTENANCE RETURNED FLAPS TO FULL UP POSITION AND OPENED MEL.
YAW DAMPER BUTTON STUCK IN ENGAGED POSITION. LUBED AND FREED STUCK SWITCH, SYSTEM OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
DURING FLARE POWER LEVERS BROUGHT TO FLIGHT IDLE AIRPLANE YAWED VIOLENTLY LEFT. ADJUSTED RIGGING OF LT AND RT ENGINES AND PROPS IAW BEECH 76-10-00, REQUIRES ENGINE TO BE RUN TO CHECK RIGGING OF ENGINES AND PROPS. RAN ENGINES TO CHECK RIGGING OF ENGINE AND PROP CONTROLS IAW MM 76-10-00.
FOUND SMOKE IN CABIN DURING FLIGHT. SMOKE DISSIPATED BEFORE LANDING. MAINTENANCE FOUND LEAKING OIL COOLER HOSE ON THE LT ENGINE, A SMALL AMOUNT OF OIL MIGRATED INTO THE ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM THAT CAUSED THE CABIN SMOKE. THE OIL LINES WERE REPLACED AND IT TOOK A FEW ENGINE RUNS TO BURN THE RESIDUAL OIL FROM THE ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM.
FO'S AIR SPEED READS 0 DURING TAKEOFF ROLL. REPLACED FO'S AIRSPEED INDICATOR REF MM 31-10-00 PERFORMED PITOT/STATIC TEST REF W/C 34-11-01. OPS CHECK GOOD, PN: 130-380005-7, SN ON: W21642 (CANNED FROM N220 NR 2) SN OFF: W21861.
RT FUEL PRESSURE LIGHT NOT ILLUMINATING WHEN T-HANDLE IS PULLED AND STANDBY PUMP IS ON. REPAIRED BROKEN WIRE ON DIODE CR3/CR4 IAW BE1900 WDM 76-21-01, OPS CHECK GOOD.
CARGO DOOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT, EXTINGUISHED WITH CABIN DEPRESSURIZATION. FOUND POP OUT PIN STICKING LUBED PIN FOUND TO FUNCTION FINE AT THIS TIME.
FLAPS STUCK AT 0 DEGREES. ADJUSTED LEFT FLAP SAFETY SWITCH IAW 27-50-06 OPS CHECKED GOOD.
RUDDER TRIM STICKS, STOPS AT 1 1/2 UNITS LEFT TRIM. FOUND RUDDER TRIM CONDUIT UNDER SEAT 7A AND 8A BROKEN. INSTALLED CABLE BLOCKS ON RUDDER TRIM CABLES, DISCONNECTED RUDDER TRIM CABLE TURNBUCKLE. CABLE TENSION ADJUSTED AND CHECKED GOOD IAW 27-20-07.
PROP OVERSPEED TEST INOP. LOW PITCH TEST INOP. AUTOFEATHER INOP. RESET CB9, OPS CHECK GOOD FOR PROP OVERSPEED, LOW PITCH, AND AUTOFEATHER TEST.
STAB MAKING RATTLING NOISE. DMI'ED RATTLE.
EMERGENCY 4F DOOR HANDLE NOT FLUSHED WITH DOOR. RESEALED RT FWD EMERGENCY EXIT HANDLE.
LEFT AUTOFEATHER DID NOT ARM ON TAKEOFF.

FOUND BROKEN FIRE LOOP CLAMP BELOW EXHAUST STACK, REPOSITIONED CLAMP, OPS CHECKED GOOD, REMOVED AND REPLACED BROKEN CLAMP AND FIRE BOTTLE IAW MM26-20-01 OP CHECKED GOOD.
CARGO DOOR WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT, AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BLOCK. DEFERRED IN ACCORDANCE MEL 52-2.
NR 3 MAIN WHEEL ASSY DEPARTED AIRCRAFT ON TAKEOFF, AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. WHEEL RECOVERED AT AIRPORT. PROBABLE CAUSE WAS BEARING FAILURE.
