NR 1 ENGINE CHIP LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND COULD NOT BE EXTINGUISHED WITH ZAPPER. PILOT SECURED NR 1 ENGINE AND PERFORMED NIGHT SINGLE ENGINE RUN-ON LANDING TO JZI AIRPORT. THE TECHNICIAN INSPECTED THE CHIP DETECTOR. FOUND 2 APPROX 1/2MM FLAKES CLASSIFIED AS "MINOR" AS PER LTS 101 650B MM. CLEANED DETECTOR. PERFORMED GROUND RUN. CHIP LIGHT REMAINS EXTINGUISHED.

ANNUAL INSPECTION FOUND THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR RETRACT BRACKET WAS VERY LOOSE. FOUND THE EYE BOLT LOOSE IN THE BUSHING AND THE BUSHING LOOSE IN THE BRACKET. THIS BRACKET IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE AD 97-01-01. REPLACED BRACKET ASSY.

AT ANNUAL INSPECTION, FOUND PITCH TRIM HAD EXCESS FREE PLAY. REPLACED DRUM AND SHAFT.

AT ANNUAL INSPECTION, FOUND THE NOSE RIB UNDER THE WING WALK AREA CRACKED IN TWO PLACES. REPLACED RIB.

AT ANNUAL INSPECTION, FOUND PITCH TRIM HAD EXCESS FREE PLAY. REPLACED DRUM AND SHAFT.

AT ANNUAL INSPECTION, FOUND AILERON CABLE WORN BEYOND LIMITS. REPLACED AND RE-RIGGED AILERON CABLES.

AT ANNUAL INSPECTION, FOUND MAGNETO IGNITION SWITCH SO BADLY WORN THAT THE KEY WOULD FALL OUT. REPLACED SWITCH.
