TORQUE SENSOR BEARING FAILED (PN: 3103585AL-1, SN: TA43-0510123, TSN: 2,125.4). SPECTROMETRIC OIL ANALYSIS PROGRAM RESULT REPORT DISCOVERED M50 PLATELETS, SHINY, >100, UP TO 1.1MMX0.9MM. M50 IS A BEARING RACE MATERIAL AND THE QUANTITY OF PLATELETS FOUND IN THE FILTER ANALYSIS INDICATES A BEATING IS FAILING.
CRACKED AILERON SPAR AT BOTTOM OF CENTER HINGE BRACKET. DISCREPANCY OCCURRED UNDER NORMAL WEAR AND UTILIZATION. RECOMMEND CLOSE EXAMINATION OF THIS AREA AND THE OTHER HINGE ATTACH FITTINGS.
DURING INSPECTION THE RT AILERON TRIM TAB HINGE SUPPORT ANGLE WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RT AILERON AND TRIM TAB IAW MM.
DURING A ROUTINE INSPECTION, CORROSION WAS LOCATED ON THE RT WING LOWER SKIN JUST AFT OF THE REAR SPAR WS 236.1, IN THE AILERON WING COVE. THE CORROSION WAS REMOVED AND THE SKIN WAS REPAIRED IAW SRM 51-90-04.
WHILE PERFORMING A FUEL LEAK REPAIR, TWO CRACKS WERE NOTICED ON A LT WING RIB, AT WS 131.889. CRACKED RIB REPAIRED IAW LAR 16-BRY-006 REVISION A, BY CUTTING OUT THE DAMAGED SECTION OF RIB 131.889 & SPLICING IN A NEW SECTION.
A CRACK WAS FOUND IN THE RT BATTERY BOX LOWER ANGLE DURING THE ABCD INSPECTION. FABRICATED A DOUBLER, FILLERS & ANGLE FOR REPAIR. ALL WORK WAS PERFORMED IAW SA227 SRM 57-90-10.
WHILE PERFOMING AD 2012-18-01, FOUND A CRACK ON THE LT FWD ATTACH FITTING BRACKET - CRACK LENGTH .5"
DURING ELEVATOR REMOVAL AND INSPECTION, FOUND RT OTBD HINGE BEARING WITH ALL MOUNTING RIVET HEADS MISSING. NO EVIDENCE OF SHEARING, APPEARS TO BE METAL FATIGUE/CORROSION RELATED. NOT A SAFETY OF FLIGHT ISSUE, BEARING NOT ABLE TO SHIFT FROM MOUNTED POSITION.
WHILE TAXIING TO RUNWAY WITH LT ENGINE RPM AT LOW, OIL TEMPURATURE CLIMBED TO RED LINE. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO GATE. REPLACED ASPIRATOR SEAL. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
RT BATTERY INDICATED OVERHEAT CONDITION AFTER TAKEOFF. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BASE BATTERY WAS REPLACED. AIRCRAFT RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
NOSE GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND. EMERGENCY EXTENTION PERFORMED LANDING UNEVENTFUL. LUBED AND ADJUSTED NOSE GEAR, OPS CHECK OK.
BEFORE TAXI, DE-ICE PRESSURE DID NOT SHOW ON GAGE. REPLACED PRESSURE TRANSDUCER, OPS CHECK OK.
ENGINE WOULD NOT REACH TARGET TORQUE. FUEL LIMITED, REPLACED FCU.
FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM WOULD NOT TEST CORRECTLY. REPLACED TERMINAL END ON PROBE, CHECKS OK.
NR 1 MAIN TIRE CUT TO CORD. REPLACED WHEEL ASSY.
RT CB LUMINESENT PANEL SHORTED, INTERNALLY WARM TO TOUCH. SHUT OFF SYSTEM. REPLACED PANEL.
ENGINE INLET BUILT UP ICE, INLET HEAT TURNED ON, ENGINE FLAMED OUT. AIR RESTART ACCOMPLISHED. LANDING UNEVENTFUL.
EXPERIENCED RAPID DEPRESSURIZATION AT 15000 FEET. UNABLE TO CONTROL PRESSURIZATION IN EITHER NORMAL OR AUTO MODES. RAN NR 2 ENGINE. CHECKED CABIN AND CARGO DOOR SEALS. REPOSITIONED AIR TUBE FOR CABIN DOOR. CLEANED SQUAT SWITCH ON LANDING. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
