CREW ACCOMPLISHED APPLICABLE QRH DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND ELECTED TO DIVERT TO PHL. CREW VERIFIED N2 ROTATION, ACCOMPLISHED IN FLIGHT RESTART PROCEDURE. NO ABNORMALITIES NOTED, MADE PRECAUTIONARY DECISION TO CONTINUE TO PHL. REMAINDER OF FLIGHT WAS UNEVENTFUL.
