DURING FAA PART 121 EVACUATION DEMONSTRATIONS THE FWD PASSENGER DOOR WAS ACTIVATED WHILE ARMED AND THE DOOR FAILED TO ACTUATE FULLY OPEN AND DEPLOY THE SLIDE. DOOR STAYED PARTIALLY OPEN PULLING AGAINST THE EVACUATION SLIDE UNTIL SYSTEM WAS DEACTIVATED BY MAINTENANCE. SLIDE WAS REPLACED AND DOOR PNEUMATIC ASSEMBLY WAS REPACKED WITH THE NEXT TEST OPERATING WITH NO ISSUES.
