PIC REPORTS NO.1 ALTERNATOR FAIL CASS MESASAGE APPEARED ON LANDING INTO KAUS. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITH NO INCIDENT OR DAMAGE. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION FOUND NO. 1 ALTERNATOR BRUSHES WORN CAUSING FAILURE.
PIC REPORTS "FLAP FAULT" AND "FLAP FAIL" INDICATIONS SHOWN. TROUBLE SHOT AND FOUND FLAP CONTROL UNIT INTERMITTENTLY INOP. CAUSING MISCOMPARE IN FLAP POSITION. NO DAMAGE CAUSED TO AIRCRAFT AND NO INJURY TO CREW OR PASSENGERS.
