IAH - FLIGHT 4432 THE CREW REPORTED A BURNING SMELL NEAR ROW 21 IN THE CABIN. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT IAH WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE CEILING LIGHT ASSEMBLY AT ROW 21A, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

FLIGHT 2078 EWR - APU DRAIN LEAKING FUEL. EWR MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED APU FUEL CONTROL UNIT IAW EMB-145 AMM 49-32-01, OPERATIONAL CHECK AND LEAK CHECK IS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
PIT FLT 3146 - THE CREW REPORTED A UNCOMMANDED SWERVING ON THE GROUND. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE GATE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE STEERING HANDLE. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.

CVG - FLIGHT 3135, ATC NOTIFIED THE CREW THAT FUEL WAS LEAKING FROM THE RIGHT WING, AND FUEL GAUGES CONFIRMED. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO CVG WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED A LEAKING CHECK (FLAPPER) VALVE ON THE RIGHT WING AT RIB 19, LEAK CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE DIGITAL CONTROLLER. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. ALSO CLEANED AND LUBED THE MAIN CABIN DOOR SEAL.

CLE FLT 3073 THE CREW REPORTED A ELECTRICAL EMERGENCY ABNORMAL MESSAGE IN FLIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO CLE AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 AND NR 2 BATTERY SWITCHES (S7125,S7126) AND THE ESS POWER PUSH BUTTON SWITCH AND RELAY KO097. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
IAH - FLIGHT 2561, THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE NOSE LANDING GEAR DOOR OPENED IN FLIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NOSE LANDING GEAR DOOR SEQUENCE PROXIMITY SWITCH, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

IAH - FLIGHT 2433, THE CREW REPORTED AN ELECTRICAL SMOKE SMELL IN THE COCKPIT. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT IAH WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND FOUND RELAY K0054 TO BE DISCOLORED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED RELAY, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
SHV - DURING C-CHECK THE BAGGAGE DOOR LOWER CUTOUT BEAM WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED BEAM IAW EMB 145 SRM 51-40-02. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
CREW REPORTED, "THAT THE OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT ROW LIGHT DID NOT WORK." MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 4 EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT BATTERY PACK IAW EMB145 AMM 33-50-04. OPS.CHECKED GOOD.
THE CREW REPORTED A MID CABIN OVERHEAD EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR 4 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY AND CHARGER. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
AFT EMERGENCY LIGHT STRIP NOT WORKING. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 4 BATTERY PACK IAW EMB145 AMM 33-50-04, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
RIC - DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHTS ON THE FLOOR AT EMERGENCY EXIT AND REAR INOP. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY POSITION 4. OPERATIONAL TEST WAS PERFORMED SUCCESFULLY. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.
TYS MAINTENANCE FOUND THE LEFT AND RIGHT OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS INOP. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 4 EMERGENCY BATTERY POWER SUPPLY AND OPS CHECKS WERE GOOD.
CLE FLIGHT 2899 THE CREW REPORTED A APU FIRE WARNING ON DESCENT AFTER APU START UP. WARNING WENT AWAY AFTER A FEW SECONDS AND APU STARTED NORMALLY. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND A BLEED LEAK OF THE APU BLEED DUCT AT THE FLEX JOINT. THE BLEED DUCT WAS REPLACED AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
SHV - FLIGHT 2806 FROM IAH TO MEM CREW REPORTED LOW OIL QUANTITY AND HIGH OIL TEMPERATURE 25 MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF AT CRUISE ALTITUDE. THE NR 1 ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE AND THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO SHV WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 ENGINE IAW CONTINENTAL EXPRESS TASK CARD 6271001. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
SHV- DURING C-CHECK WHILE PERFORMING A FUNCTIONAL OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM, THE FLOOR PROXIMITY LIGHT STRIP AT THE OVERWING EMERGENCY EXITS DID NOT ILLUMINATE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY POWER SUPPLY AND OPERATIONALLY CHECKED THE AFFECTED LIGHT STRIP IAW EMB 145 AMM 33-50-04. OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

DURING C-CHECK THE LT LOWER ENGINE COWLING WAS FOUND TO BE GOUGED ON THE INNER SKIN AT STATION XN1485.0. MAINTENANCE REMOVED THE DAMAGED AREA AND PERFORMED A PATCH REPAIR IAW EMB 145 SRM 54-10-01 FIGURE 201. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

DURING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE THE LEFT OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED LAMP, OPERATIONALLY TESTED THE LIGHT AND CLEARED THE DISCREPANCY.
AFTER DEPARTURE THE CREW NOTED THAT THE LANDING GEAR DID NOT RETRACT, AND, RETURNED TO DAL, AND, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. CONTRACT MAINTENANCE PINNED LANDING GEAR,AND, SIGNED FERRY FLIGHT RELEASE. THE AIRCRAFT FLEW FROM DAL TO IAH FOR MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL LEVER REF. EMB 145 MM 32-32-02, AND, THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
