DURING CRUISE CREW SMELLED SMOKE ACCOMPANIED WITH AN FWD EQUIP EXHAUST FAN EICAS MESSAGE. CREW ELECTED TO DIVERT TO CMH AS A PRECAUTION. CVG MTC IN CMH CONFIRMED THAT THE EXHAUST FAN WAS BAD AND RUBBING ON SHROUD. DISCONNECTED CANNON PLUG FROM FAN AND FORWARDED TO MCO PER MEL 21-58-04B.
SEAT 34FG EMERGENCY PATHWAY LIGHT INOP. REPLACED SEAT GROUP QUICK SIDE CONNECT HARNESS.
THE LOWER CHORD AREA OF THE FS 1439 FLOOR BEAM WAS FOUND WITH SEVERAL CRACKS BETWEEN LBL 20 AND LBL 30 CAUSED BY IMPACT WITH CARGO. THE DAMAGED AREA OF LOWER CHORD WAS REMOVED WITH A 7.25 INCH LONG CUTOUT. THE BEAM WAS REPAIRED WITH AN ALUMINUM WEB DOUBLER AND 2 ALUMINUM REPAIR CHANNELS PER ER/A 380302-14, REV A.

ON T/O, STRONG ODOR IN CABIN, POSSIBLY SMELL OF WARM AIR CONDITIONING PACK. NO ABNORMAL COCKPIT INDICATION. ODOR WENT AWAY AFTER A FEW MINUTES. CKD BOTH PACK AREA, CKD GALLEY AREAS AND NO EVIDENCE OF ANY SMELL. PACK BITE PERFORMED AS PER FIM. NO FAULTS FOUND.
SMOKE IN THE CABIN. INSPECTED ALL GALLEYS, LAVATORIES AND CABIN EQUIPMENT, NO SMOKE OR OVERHEAT CONDITIONS. RAN PACKS, NO ABNORMALITIES. A/C OK FOR SERVICE.
CENTER HYD SYS BEGAN SLOW LEAK. UNABLE TO ISOLATE LEAK WITH PUMPS. LEAK CONTINUED WITH ANY PUMP RUNNING. OBSERVED FLUID LEAKING OVER L INBOARD AILERON AND SPOILER JUST OUTBOARD OF INBOARD AILERON. ALTHOUGH FLUID LOSS, APPEARED TO STOP WITH ALL PUMPS OFF, FLUID .73. FOUND LEAK AT NR 3 SPOILER ACT. REPLACED O-RING AND SVC CENTER HYD SYSTEM. LEAK CHECK AND OPERATION CHECK OK.

RT HYD QUANTITY DECREASED TO .33. EDP DEPRESSURIZED AND ACMP OFF, QTY CONTINUED TO DECREASE. FOUND CASE RETURN LINE AT AFT END OF PYLON CHAFED THROUGH. REMOVED LINE AND INSTALLED INTERIM FLEX HOSE PER MM 20-10-09-2 AND ERA 227766-14.
F/A REPORTED ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL IN AFT GALLEY. TURNED OFF GALLEY ITEMS AND C/BS. INDIVISUALLY REPOWERED ITEMS. SMELL DID NOT RETURN. FOUND BURNT PAPER UNDERNEATH COFFEEMAKER PULLED AND COLLARED C/BS. FWD TO MCO.

ALL OK, RAN PACKS AND RELATED EQUIPMENT FOR 4 HOURS. ALL OK. RAN BOTH ENGINES AT HIGH POWER, NO ODORS DETECTED. CHECKED APU INLET AND RAN APU, SYSTEM OK. A/C LATER DISPATCHED ON DOMESTIC FLIGHT, NO TROUBLES NOTED, NO ABNORMAL OIL USEAGE.
