TIGHTENED B-NUT AND PERFORMED LEAK CHECK WITH BOOST PUMPS ON WITH NO LEAKS NOTED. REINSTALLED ACCESS COVER AND SEAT PANEL. WORK DONE IN REFERENCE TO BHT-206L1-MM-CH28. DURING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE EVENT AMT FOUND 2.0" LONG CRACK IN AIRFRAME AT OIL COOLER BLOWER SHAFT HANGER ASSEMBLY, AFT RH, ATTACHMENT POINT. APPROXIMATE STA 209.0, WL 73.586.
DURING FLIGHT PILOT LOST HYDRAULIC POWER TO FLIGHT CONTROLS AND PERFORMED AN UNPLANNED LANDING AT AN AIRPORT. DURING MAINTENANCE INVESTIGATION IT WAS FOUND THAT THE SPLINES IN THE TACHOMETER GENERATOR DRIVE THAT DRIVE THE SHAFT FOR THE HYDRAULIC PUMP HAD FAILED.

DURING THE INSTALLATION OF A BELL KIT (BHT-SI-2050) TAILBOOM REQUIRED REMOVAL FOR REPLACEMENT. AFTER REMOVAL OF TAILBOOM, CRACKED NOTICED ON AIRFRAME AFT BULKHEAD RING. AIRFRAME AFT BULKHEAD RING R & R.
