DURING AN EDDY CURRENT INSPECTION REQUIRED PER AD 2017-10-01, A CRACK WAS FOUND IN THE BEND BETWEEN THE VERTICAL FRAME AND FRAME FLANGE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF FRAME 33. CRACK IS LOCATED BETWEEN STRINGERS 5L AND 6L AND IS APPROXIMATELY .75 INCHES LONG. CRACKS TO BE REPAIRED PER DASSAULT FALCON ENGINEERING WITH DOA APPROVAL.
PILOT REPORTED SMOKE COMING FROM FLAP SELECTOR. SUSPECT FLAP CONTROL PANEL LIGHTING. REPLACED FLAP CONTROL PANEL WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT.
DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION, THE CARGO DOOR WAS X-RAYED AND VISUALLY INSPECTED. CRACKS WERE FOUND IN THE FWD & AFT LOWER CORNER 'Z' CHANNELS, 3 LOWER FORMERS AT FRAMES 12 & 14 WERE FOUND CRACKED. THE 'Z' CHANNELS WERE REPAIRED AND THE LOWER FORMERS WERE REPLACED. FAA FORM 337 COMPLETED FOR THIS REPAIR.
ON THE RE-POSITIONING PART 91 LEG THE LEFT ENGINE FAILED TO RESPOND TO THROTTLE POSITION ANGLE AND SUBSEQUENTLY SHUT DOWN IN FLIGHT. THE FLIGHT CREW DECLARED AND EMERGENCY AND AN UNEVENTFUL SINGLE ENGINE LANDING WAS MADE AT THE FLIGHT-PLANNED DESTINATION AIRPORT. SUBSEQUENT INSPECTION FOUND LEFT ENGINE AFT ENGINE THROTTLE CABLE HAD BROKEN.
CENTER WINDSHIELD FRAME WAS FOUND CRACKED DURING INSPECTION REQUIRED BY FALCON JET. THE WINDOW FRAME WILL BE REPLACED USING FALCON JET APPROVED PROCEDURES, DRAWINGS AND NEW WINDOW FRAME. NOTE, COMPLETE PART NUMBER ON FRAME IS NOT LEGIBLE. (A)
CENTER WINDSHIELD FRAME WAS FOUND CRACKED DURING INSPECTION. THE WINDOW FRAME WILL BE REPLACED USING APPROVED PROCEDURES, DRAWINGS, AND NEW WINDOW FRAME. NOTE, COMPLETE PART NUMBER ON FRAME IS NOT LEGIBLE. (S)
WHEN PILOT ACTIVATED THE AILERON TRIM, THE TRIM CONTROL STUCK AND RAN TOWARDS FULL TRAVEL AND POPED CIRCUIT BREAKER. FOUND AILERON TRIM CONTROL STUCK ON IN THE TRIM CONTROL PANEL. REPLACED TRIM CONTROL PANEL WITH SERVICEABLE TRIM CONTROL PANEL. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW MM.
SHORTLY AFTER TAKE OFF THE RT ENGINE ROLLED BACK CLIMBING THROUGH 3000 FT. FOUND RT ENGINE WITH COMPRESSOR FOD. REPLACED RT ENGINE WITH SERVICEABLE ENGINE.
