PROPELLER DID NOT COME OUT OF FEATHER AFTER A PROPELLER CYCLE CHECK DURING RUN-UP. REPLACING THE OVERSPEED GOVERNOR ELIMINATED THE PROBLEM. THE DUMP VALVE OF THE OVERSPEED GOVERNOR STUCK IN THE OPEN POSITION.
DURING A SCHEDULED STRUCTURAL INSPECTION, A CRACK WAS DISCOVERED IN THE LT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER LOWER INBD TEE EXTRUSION. REPAIRED CRACKED TEE EXTRUSION BY SPLICING IN A NEW SECTION IAW FR-CO-02598-1. 2 REPAIR ANGLES, FR-CO-02598-1 WERE FABRICATED FROM A NEW SECTION OF EXTRUSION, PN 101-620029-11.
WHEN LANDING GEAR WERE LOWERED FOR LANDING, THE LANDING GEAR RELAY CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED. CB WAS RESET AND LANDING GEAR EXTENDED FULLY WITH 3 GREEN LIGHTS. POST FLIGHT INSPECTION REVEALED THAT THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR WAS BYPASSING FLUID.
WHILE DOING A ROUTINE INSPECTION, IT WAS NOTICED HYDRAULIC FLUID ON THE LOWER PORTION OF THE LT IB WING. AFTER CLEANING THE AREA AND PERFORMING A RETRACTION TEST, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE RETRACTION TUBE HAD A PIN HOLE IN IT. COULD NOT GUESS ON THE PROBABLE CAUSE. THE LINE WAS FOUND CORROSION FREE INSIDE AND OUT. THE HOLE WAS LOCATED IN A 90 DEGREE BEND.
EYW/MIA - FLT 5300 - LANDING GEAR DOES NOT RETRACT. REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT HAND 'UP' HYDRAULIC LINE. (X)
FLT 7448 - TPA-EYW - LANDING GEAR WILL NOT RETRACT. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO TPA AND WITHOUT INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT WAS FERRIED TO MIA WERE MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL HANDLE ASSY. (M)
FLT 7448 - TPA-EYW - LANDING GEAR WILL NOT RETRACT. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO TPA AND WITHOUT INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT WAS FERRIED TO MIA WHERE MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL HANDLE ASSY. (M)

FLT 7396 - MCO-MIA - LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. DETERMINED HYDRAULIC FLUID TO BE LOW. SERVICED SYSTEM, SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECKS ON JACKS. (M)
FLL/ELH - FLT 467 - PILOT REPORT: LEFT MAIN GEAR LIGHT WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE WHEN GEAR IS EXTENDED. NO GEAR HORN OR GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT. LEFT GEAR LIGHT WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE WITH MANUAL EXTENSION. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO MIA AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. PLACED AIRCRAFT ON JACKS, SWUNG GEAR. FOUND LIGHT BULBS BURNED OUT. REMOVED AND REPLACED ALL FOUR BULBS. CYCLED GEAR SEVERAL TIMES. LANDING GEAR INDICATOR OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. (X)
