ABOUT 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO LANDING DURING DESCENT INTO SLC, NOTICED A BAD SMELL. ABOUT A MINUTE AFTER I NOTICED THE SMELL THERE WAS SMOKING COMING UP FROM BEHIND THE DASH. DUMPED THE CABIN, THREW THE MASK ON, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. I WAS OVER TVY AND ORIGINALLY ASKED TO LAND THERE, BUT AFTER DUMPING THE CABIN, TURNING MY HEATS AND LIGHTS OFF, AND GETTING FRESH AIR IN IT SEEMED THE SMOKE STOPPED SO I CONTINUED TO SLC.GOT OFF THE RUNWAY WITH NO SMOKE, SO TAXIED TO THE RAMP AND SHUTDOWN
NUMEROUS CRACKS WERE FOUND IN THE VERTICAL STAB RIBS. THE CRACKS WERE LOCATED IN THE STRINGER TO RIB JUNCTIONS. SIX CRACKS WERE ON THE RIGHT SIDE AND SEVEN ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE VERTICAL STAB.
FUSELAGE BELLY SKIN, CORROSION WAS FOUND DURING MAINTENANCE.
CORROSION WAS FOUND ON THE RIGHT FUSELAGE SKIN ABOVE THE SEAT SIDE SUPPORT RAIL DURING MAINTENANCE.
DURING MAINTENANCE, THE RIGHT SIDE SEAT TRACK WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED.
CORROSION WAS FOUND ON THE RIGHT FUSELAGE SKIN ABOVE THE SEAT SIDE SUPPORT RAIL DURING MAINTENANCE.
ON APPROACH A SPLIT FLAP CONDITION OCCURRED. WHEN FLAPS WERE SELECTED DOWN, THE LT INBOARD FLAP REMAINED IN THE FULL UP POSITION. ALL OTHER FLAPS EXTENDED NORMALLY. CAUSE WAS DETERMINED TO BE A DRIVE GEAR RETAINING NUT THAT HAD BACKED OUT UNDER AIR LOAD IN THE LT INBOARD FLAP ACTUATOR.

FPO/MIA - FLT 7147 - AFTER LANDING, RIGHT ENGINE HAD SMOKE COMING FROM UNDER COWLING. RIGHT FUEL FLOW DROPPED TO 100 PPH. N1 BEGAN TO DECREASE. SHUT DOWN RIGHT ENGINE. FUEL SEEN LEAKING FROM COWLING. REMOVED AND REPLACED FUEL NOZZLE TRANSFER TUBE AT 5 O'CLOCK POSITION. (X)

MCO/MIA - FLT 486 - PILOT REPORT: GEAR WARNING HORN DOES NOT SOUND WHEN RED GEAR HANDLE LIGHT COMES ON. MAINTENANCE: TROUBLESHOT AND REMOVED AND REPLACED GEAR HORN SILENCE SWITCH. OPS CHECK GOOD, AIRCRAFT RELEASED.
