PILOT REPORTED ELECTRICAL SMELL BY SEAT 4CD AND 5CD. ITEM PLACED ON MEL. ON 2/3/20 MX REMOVED AND REPLACED SIDEWALL LAMP AND RESEATED CONNECTOR WITH OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. A/C WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

TYS A/C IS IN C-CHECK WHEN INSPECTION FOUND THE RT MLG SIDE BRACE FWD AFT FITTING BEARING BORE SCORED AND HAD A SMALL AREA OF CORROSION. ALL WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED BY MAINTENANCE IAW ETD 2018-145-076914. CORROSION WAS A LEVEL ONE IN SIZE AND WAS CLEANED. A/C WILL BE RELEASED AT THE END OF THE CHECK.
LT AND RT MLG AFT TRUNNION FITTINGS INTERNAL DIAMETER HAS CORROSION. COMPLETED REWORK OF THE MLG TRUNNION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ETD 2018-145-079169.

TYS A/C IS IN FOR A C-CHECK WHEN INSPECTION FOUND THE LEFT REAR EXTERNAL FUSELAGE BETWEEN FRAME 75 AND 76,STRINGER 2L TO 4L CRACKED. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A REPAIR AT THIS AREA IAW SRM 53-31-01. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED AND WILL BE RELEASED AT THE END OF THE CHECK.
TYS A/C IS IN FOR A C-CHECK WHEN INSPECTION FOUND A DENT IN THE NR 2 LEADING EDGE LEFT WING. MAINTENANCE REPAIRED AREA BY CUTTING OUT THE DENT AND FABRICATED A DOUBLER AND REPAIRED AREA IAW SRM 57-40-00 FIGURE 201, SHEET 2. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED AND WILL BE RELEASED AT THE END OF THE CHECK.
A/C IS IN C-CHECK WHEN INSPECTION FOUND RUDDER 1 UPPER ACTUATOR ATTACH POINT UPPER LUG HAT BUSHING MISSING AND FELL OUT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE ATTACH POINT ELONGATED, THEY REAM HOLE AND PLACED AN OVERSIZED BUSHING IAW SRM 55-00-00. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED AND WILL BE RELEASED AT THE END OF THE CHECK.
CP SIDE FRAME ABOVE WS SIDE POST CRACKED. SPLICED IN NEW SECTION OF FRAME ABOVE WS SIDE POST IN ACCORDANCE WITH ETD 2018-145-072956.
FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHT ON THE BULKHEAD AT SEAT 3D WAS INOPERATIVE. THE ACFT WAS FERRIED WHERE MAINTENANCE R & R THE NR 3 EMERGENCY LIGHT INVERTER, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
EMERGENCY FLOOR LIGHTS AT ROW 8-11 AND EXIT LIGHT AT OVERWING EXITS WERE FOUND INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 3 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY. OPS CHECKS WERE GOOD.
THE CREW REPORTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAIN ON AT ROW 5-18. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR 3 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY POWER SUPPLY. OPS CHECKS WERE GOOD.
THE CREW REPORTED A BAGGAGE SMOKE INDICATION IN FLIGHT ON EICAS AND EXT/BAGG PUSHBUTTON. THE ACFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. DURING MX INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY LIGHT BELOW THE COCKPIT STEP WAS DISCOVERED INOPERATIVE. MX R & R THE NR 1 EMERGENCY LIGHT SYS INVERTER AND LIGHT ASSY WITH OPS CHECKED GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
LEFT AND RT OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOPERATIVE. R & R NR 4 BATTERY POWER SUPPLY. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
DURING FLIGHT, AFTER A SERIES OF BUMPS OR WHAT SOUNDED LIKE A BACKFIRE. NR 2 ENGINE ITT SPIKED INTO THE RED FOLLOWED BY NR 2 ENGINE OUT. RESTART WAS SUCCESSFUL, FOLLOWED SHORTLY BY REPEAT OF UNCOMMANDED ENGINE SHUTDOWN. THE ACFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR 2 ENGINE. OPS CHECKED GOOD. DURING TEARDOWN FOUND THE BOLT THAT ATTACHES THE CVG ACTUATOR TO THE TORQUE TUBE WAS SHEARED OFF.
DURING C CHECK, INSPECTION FOUND RT AILERON PCA ATTACHMENT BRACKET BEARING MIGRATED. MAINTENANCE R & R THE RT PCA BRACKET IAW EC 5750-01177.
PILOT REPORTED THE MAIN CABIN DOOR WAS DIFFICULT TO OPEN. MX ADJUSTED THE MAIN CABIN DOOR ROLLERS WITH OPS CHECK SUCCESSFUL. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
CREW REPORTED SECTIONS OF THE FLOOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS TURNING ON AND OFF INTERMITTENTLY. MX R & R THE NR 3 BATTERY CHARGER ASSY AND BATTERY PACK WITH OPS CHECKS SUCCESSFUL. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
F/A SMELLED ELECTRIC BURNING ODOR AFTER LANDING. MX INSPECTED AND REPLACED NOSE LANDING LIGHT CONTACTOR K0237. OPS CHECKED WERE GOOD.
DURING CLIMB THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE NR 3 GENERATOR DROPPED OFF LINE. THE ACFT WAS OPERATING WITH THE NR1 GENERATOR ON MEL AND WITH THE NR 3 DROPPING OFF LINE ELECTED TO RETURN TO DEPARTURE WHERE THE ACFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MX REPLACED THE NR3 GENERATOR, PERFORMED OPS CHECKS AND CLEARED THE DISCREPANCY.
AIRCRAFT STRUCK BY LIGHTNING. PERFORMED LIGHTNING STRIKE INSPECTION IAW EMB 145 5-50-01. REMOVED AND REPLACED DAMAGE RIVET AT FRAME 8 STRINGER 16L-17L. REPAIRED TOP AFT OF RT WING TIP. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT ELEVATOR TIP FAIRING. REPAIRED O/B FLAP TRAILING EDGE AND LEADING EDGE. AIRCRAFT RELEASED AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED THE AILE PATH EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT ROW 8 THRU 12 WILL NOT GO OFF. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR 3 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY CHARGER AND BATTERY. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
FLT 6145 IAD SECTION OF AISLE PATH LIGHTING INOP AROUND EMERGENCY EXIT ROW 12 NOTED. IAD MX REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 3 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY POWER SUPPLY IAW EMB145 AMM 33-50-04 WITH OPERATION CHECK SUCCESSFUL. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
MCI - DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS OVER BOTH EXITS AND THE AISLE PATH LIGHTS FROM RO 8 TO 12 WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE CLEANED THE CONNECTORS ON INVERTERS NUMBER 4 AND 5, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE THE EMERGENCY AISLE PATH LIGHTING WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE AT THE EXIT ROW. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 3 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
LAV SMOKE INDICATION ON THE EICAS SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF. FOGGY CABIN/POSSIBLY DE-ICING FLUID IN AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. PERFORMED ENGINE RUNS IAW RR MM71-00-80 AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE AND LEAK CHECK WAS GOOD. AIRCRAFT RELEASED AND RETURNED TO SERVICE
FLIGHT 2476 - EWR - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED BACK UP PITCH TRIM SWITCH INOPERATIVE. CREW PERFORMED AIR RETURN UNEVENTFULLY. EWR MX REMOVED AND REPLACED SWITCH AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK SUCCESSFULLY. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED THAT WHEN THE EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH WAS PLACED IN THE ARMED POSITION THE CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS WOULD COME ON. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT'S LIGHT CONTROL MODULE, OPERATIONALLY TESTED THE SYSTEM AND CLEARED THE DISCREPANCY.
SHV - DURING C-CHECK THE AFT RT SKIN WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED AT A RIVET AT FRAME 79 AND STRINGER 4R. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A BUSHING REPAIR IAW EC5330-02130. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
SHV - DURING C-CHECK THE RT AILERON PCA ATTACHMENT BRACKET WAS FOUND TO BE WORN AND WOULD NOT RETAIN THE HAT BUSHINGS. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED BRACKET IAW EC5750-01177. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
CLE FLT 2580 - THE CREW REPORTED A BLEED 1 VALVE CLOSED MESSAGE AFTER TAKEOFF. COULD NOT GET THE NR 1 BLEED VALVE TO OPEN. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 BLEED VALVE PUSH BUTTON SWITCH. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
AIRCRAFT ON CLIMBOUT FROM EWR TO TYS REACH A HIGH ITT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RT COMPRESSOR AIR TUBE ON THE E1 IAW ROLLS ROYCE MM 75-00-00, OPS AND LEAK CHECKS WERE GOOD AND RETURN TO SERVICE.
FLT 421 - SMF TO GEG - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED PACK 1 VALVE FAILED TO CLOSED NUMEROUS TIMES ON CLIMB. MX PERSONNEL REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 PACK VALVE, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED SATISFACTORY AND A/C WAS RELEASED TO RETURN FOR SERVICE.
FLT 524 - MCI TO RDU - DURING PREFLIGHT CK, FLIGHT CREW DISCOVERED THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WILL NOT SHUT OFF. MX PERSONNEL INSPECTED AND FOUND CONNECTOR ON NR 3 EMERGENCY BATTERY NOT PROPERLY SECURED. MX PERSONNEL RESECURED AND OPERATIONALLY CHECK EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYS AGAIN AND ALL CHECKED GOOD. AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED TO RETURN FOR SERVICE IN AIRWORTHY CONDITIONS.
MCI - DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE NUMBER 5 & 6 AISLE PATH EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER THREE EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
AUS - FLIGHT 308, DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION AN EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY FOR THE EMERGENCY EXIT ROWS, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
AUS - DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, THE FORWARD THREE AISLE PATH LIGHT STRIPS WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
EWR LOG SQUAWK FLT 2665 EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOP. REMOVED AND REPLACED BATTERY IAW EMB145 AMM 37-50-04. OPS CHECK GOOD.
SHV - DURING C-CHECK THE CARGO DOOR INTERNAL FRAME WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED AROUND A NUT PLATE. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A DOUBLER REPAIR IAW CONTINENTAL EXPRESS EC5230-01131. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
SHV - DURING C-CHECK THE APU FIREWALL WAS FOUND TO BE CHAFED AT THE 6 O`CLOCK POSITION. MAINTENANCE BLENDED OUT THE DAMAGED AREA AND PERFORMED A SHIM REPAIR IAW CONTINENTAL EXPRESS EC5310-01359. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING SERVICE AND ROUTINE INSPECTION CHECK, MAINTENANCE FOUND THAT THE LEFT OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS NOT WORKING. REMOVED AND REPLACED BULB IN LEFT OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT ASSEMBLY IAW EMB145 MM 33-50-10, OPS CHECKED GOOD.

MAINT BLENDED AFT AREA AND FOUND TO BE WITHIN LIMITS; ALODINED, PRIMED, PAINTED, BLENDED FWD AND FOUND TO BE OUT OF LIMITS, FABBED DOUBLER, ALODINED, PRIMED, PAINTED AND INSTALL IAW EMB 135/145 SRM 51-40-02. ALL WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED AND WILL BE RELEASED UPON COMPLETION OF ALL WORK.

MAINT CUT THE DAMAGED AREA OUT, FAB DOUBLERS AND DRILLED HOLES ON NEW FWD DIGITAL, INSTALL AND PRIMED DOUBLERS AND NEW DOUBLER IAW EMB 135/145 SRM 53-21-10. ALL WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED AND WILL BE RELEASED UPON COMPLETION OF ALL WORK.
TYS DURING A SCHEDULED 1C INSPECTION THE RT UPPER STIFFENER ON THE APU FIREWALL WAS FOUND CRACKED. MAINT FABBED A DOUBLER AND STOPPED DRILL CRACK. INSTALL DOUBLER AT RT UPPER STIFFENER ON THE APU FIREWALL IAW EMB 135/145 SRM 55-32-13. ALL WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED AND WILL BE RELEASED UPON COMPLETION OF ALL WORK.
FLIGHT 2959, PILOT REPORTED THAT THE NR 1 WINDSHIELD WAS SPARKING ALONG THE SIDE DURING FLIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT IAH WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED WINDSHIELD.
THE CREW NOTED THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WOULD NOT TURN OFF. MAINTENANCE RESET THE ELECTRICAL POWER, PERFORMED A OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM, NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND, THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH- FLIGHT 2548, THE CREW NOTED INTERMITTENT LANDING GEAR LEVER DISAGREE IN FLIGHT. HANDLE IN THE UP POSITION ALL GEAR INDICATORS SHOW UP, BUT BOXED IN RED. IAH- MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR LEVER, IAW ERJ 145-MM-32-32-02 AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT 2548, THE CREW NOTED INTERMITTENT LANDING GEAR LEVER DISAGREE IN FLIGHT. HANDLE IN THE UP POSITION ALL GEAR INDICATORS SHOW UP, BUT BOXED IN RED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR ELECTRONIC UNIT, IAW ERJ 145 MM- 32-32-01 AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - FLT 2857 - PILOT REPORTED THAT THE UPON CLIMBOUT FROM STL THE GEAR HANDLE HAD TO BE CYCLED TWICE TO GET THE LANDING GEAR TO RETRACT. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED ON TO IAH AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED AN OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE LANDING GEAR AND FOUND THE LANDING GEAR SYSTEM TO BE OPERATING NORMALLY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS THEN APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING "A" CHECK THE MECHANIC NOTED THAT THE GALLEY OVERHEAD EMERGENCY LIGHT FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT BULB, PERFORMED A OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM, NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND, THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

CLE FLIGHT#3296 THE CREW REPORTED AFTER TAKEOFF THEY RECEIVED A #1 BLEED LEAK MESSAGE ON THE EICAS AND THE OVERHEAD PANEL.THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO CLE AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE #1 ENGINE DIRRERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR LINE.OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
