WE WERE ABLE TO BREAK THE INBOARD END OF AN AILERON LOOSE FROM THE AIRCRAFT WITH APPROXIMATELY 40 LBS OF FORCE EXERTED BY HAND ON THE AILERON WITH A BEARING BOSS CRACKED ON THE HINGE BRACKET.
