THE GEAR HANDLE PLACED IN THE DOWN POSITION, GEAR FAILED TO GO DOWN AND THE CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED. FOLLOW INSPECTION, FOUND A BROKEN WIRE. (K)
NOSE GEAR WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED WHEN LANDING GEAR EXTENDED. GEAR DEPLOYED AFTER 15 TO 20 SECONDS. PROBLEM WAS A LEAK IN THE HYDRAULIC LINE. THE LINE DEVELOPED A PIN HOLE LEAK BECAUSE OF CORROSION FROM THE INSIDE OF THE LINE. (K)

INSPECTION OF FLAP CABLES AS OUTLINED IN MFG SB AS REQUIRED BY AD REVEALED THE LEFT OUTBOARD FLAP CABLE DEFECTIVE. THE CABLE HAD STARTED TO UNWIND.
LEFT INBOARD UPPER WING PANEL AFT OF WING SPAR DE-BONDING BETWEEN UPPER WING SKIN AND HONEYCOMB INSIDE FUEL BAY AREA.
ELEVATOR TRIM TAB HORN CORRODED
UPON INSPECTION OF THE INTERIOR SIDE WALL, A CRACK WAS FOUND. THE CRACK WAS LOCATED ON BULKHEAD 273 AT THE BEND ON THE BULKHEAD. THE CRACK WAS APPROXIMATELY ONE INCH IN LENGTH. REFER TO THE ATTACHED PICTURE. (X)

FLT - 402 - TPA-MIA - RIGHT ENGINE WENT TO ZERO TORQUE IN FLIGHT. EMERGENCY DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO TPA. DETERMINED PY AIR LINE TO BE CRACKED. REPLACED PY AIR LINE. REPLACED ISOLATOR MOUNTS AND CHECKED PROPELLER DYNAMIC BALANCING. AIRCRAFT RELEASED TO SERVICE. (M)

FLT 162 - MIA-TCB - RIGHT 'T' HANDLE ILLUMINATED FOR 2 SECONDS WHEN MAX TAKEOFF POWER WAS APPLIED. TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO GATE. RESECURED CLAMP ON HEATER TUBE INLET. (M)
FLT 393 - MIA-DAB - LANDING GEAR HANDLE LIGHTS CAME ON IN FLIGHT, GEAR CAME UP ABOUT 1/2 WHEEL. EXTENDED GEAR HAD THREE GREEN. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO MIA AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. PLACED AIRCRAFT ON JACKS CYCLED GEAR. GEAR STAYED UP. ADJUSTED BOTH MAIN UP-POSITION SWITCHES. CYCLED GEAR 4 TIMES. OPS CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT RELEASED TO SERVICE (M)
MIA/MCO - FLT 427 - PILOT REPORT: NOSE GEAR UNSAFE INDICATION WHILE AIRBORNE, SAFE INDICATION ON GROUND. MAINTENANCE: HAD AIRCRAFT FERRIED TO MIA, GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED, TROUBLESHOT AND ADJUSTED NOSE GEAR DOWNLOCK SWITCH. AIRCRAFT RELEASED.
