CLIMBED TO 15,000 FT AND HEARD A NOISE THEN NOTICED A CRACK IN WINDSHIELD. CRACK COULD NOT BE FELT ON THE INSIDE. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BASE.
ENGINE WAS SHUTDOWN IN FLIGHT AFTER TORQUE AND OIL PRESSURE FLUCTUATIONS. INSPECTION REVEALED THAT THE OIL HOSE CONNECTED BETWEEN THE ENGINE AND OIL COOLER HAD CHAFED THROUGH THE INSULATION AND SHIELDING WHERE THE HOSE RESTED ON THE AFT NACELLE STRUCTURE TO THE POINT OF LEAKING OIL.
DURING A SCHEDULED SIM CHECK, CRACKS WERE DISCOVERED IN THE DOUBLERS OF THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER FORWARD ATTACHMENT TO THE VERTICAL STABILIZER. TWO, ONE INCH CRACKS WERE FOUND IN THE LT DOUBLER AND ONE, ONE1 INCH CRACK WAS FOUND IN THE RT DOUBLER. BOTH DOUBLERS WERE REPLACED.
DURING TAKEOFF ROLL, THE RT POWER LEVER DID NOT PROVIDE FULL TRAVEL. TAKEOFF TORQUE COULD NOT BE ACHIEVED ON THE RT ENG & THE TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED. SUBSEQUENT INSPECTION REVEALED A MISSING FASTENER IN THE POWER LEVER CLAMP BRACKET UNDER THE PEDESTAL.
DURING MX INSPECTION THE RT SIDE SEAT SUPPORT RAIL WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED.

DISCOVERED CORROSION DAMAGE ON THE FUSELAGE BELLY SKINS DURING VISUAL INSPECTION. REPAIRED SKINS USING COVER PATCH METHOD IAW BEECH SRM 51-70-6.

THE LANDING GEAR DID NOT EXTEND WHEN SELECTED. THE PILOT MANUALLY PUMPED THE GEAR DOWN AND LANDED. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE LT UP-LIMIT ELECTRICAL SWITCH HAD PHYSICALLY BROKEN, OPENING THE CIRCUIT TO THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL.
LANDING GEAR DID NOT EXTEND WHEN SELECTED. PILOT EXTENDED GEAR MANUALLY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE DETERMINED THAT THE HYDRAULIC POWER PACK MOTOR RELAY HAD WELDED IN THE CLOSED POSITION RESULTING IN THE MOTOR RUNNING CONTINOUSLY UNTIL IT FAILED. (K)
FLT 9391 - EYW - DURING TAKEOFF, RIGHT FIREWALL FUEL VALVE T-HANDLE ILLUMINATED. ALL ENGINE INSTRUMENTS INDICATED NORMAL. TIGHTENED BOLT ON RIGHT EXHAUST FLEX HOSE FLANGE. ENGINE RUN CHECK NORMAL. (M)

FLT 7201 - FLL-TCS - LANDING GEAR EXTENDED WHILE INFLIGHT WITH GEAR HANDLE IN THE UP POSITION. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO FPO AND WAS FERRIED TO MIA. SERVICED AIRCRAFT HYDRAULICS SYSTEM. PERFORMED SEVERAL GEAR EXTENSIONS AND RETRACTIONS. NO DEFECTS NOTED. (M)
FLT 7406 - MCO-MIA - LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT ON TAKEOFF. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO MCO AND WAS FERRIED TO MIA. WITH AIRCRAFT ON JACKS, PERFORMED SEVERAL LANDING GEAR RETRACTIONS. COULD NOT DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY.
MIA/EYW - FLT 7418 - PILOT REPORT: GEAR WOULD NOT RAISE AFTER DEPARTURE. NO HYDRAULIC LIGHT ILLUMINATED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO MIA. ADJUSTED SQUAT SWITCH. OPS CHECK GOOD.
FLL/NAS - FLT 7477 - PILOT REPORT: ON CLIMB-OUT, VAPOR SMOKE COMING FROM INSIDE FIRST OFFICER'S PANEL. ACCESSED COPILOT'S PANELS, RAN AIRCRAFT, OPERATED ALL SYSTEMS, NO SMOKE DETECTED OR BURN ODORS. DETERMINED TO BE CONDENSATION FROM AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM.
FLT 7219 - FLL/TPA - LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO FLL AND WAS FERRIED TO MIA. INSPECTED AND CLEANED LANDING GEAR SWITCHES AND CANNON PLUGS. PERFORMED SEVERAL GEAR RETRACTION. NO DEFECTS. (M)
FLT 7159 - NAS-FLL - LEFT 'T' HANDLE ILLUMINATED AND EXTINGUISHED SEVERAL TIMES IN FLIGHT. AIRCRAFT FERRIED TO MIA, INSPECTED LEFT ENGINE AND NACELLE AREA AND RAN ENGINE. NO DEFECTS NOTED. (M)
FLT 423 - FLL/FPO - GEAR WOULD NOT GO DOWN AFTER 2 ATTEMPTS, UNTIL GO AROUND WAS INITIATED. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT WAS FERRIED TO MIA WITH GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED WIRING AND CLEANED HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FILTERS. SEVERAL SATISFACTORY GEAR SWINGS WERE PERFORMED. (M)

FLT 485 - TLH-TPA - DOG STRIKE/RIGHT MAIN GEAR INDICATES UNLOCKED. INSPECTED, FERRIED A/C TO MIAMI FROM TLH. ADJUSTED BOTH UPLOCK AND DOWNLOCK SWITCHES, PERFORMED RETRACTION AND A HARD LANDING INSPECTION. OK FOR SERVICE. (M)
