ON ROTATION SMELL OF SMOKE IN COCKPIT AND I REQUESTED IMMEDIATE TURN BACK TO THE APPROACH. FLAP CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS POPPED.
AIRCRAFT DEPARTED DEN AND SHORTLY AFTER CLIMBOUT, LEVELING OUT AT 10K', THE PILOT BEGAN PULLING BACK POWER AND EXPERIENCED THE RIGHT ENGINE PROPELLER BECAME "JERKY" AND SPORADIC WITHOUT ANT PROPELLER LEVER INPUTS. SOON AFTER, THE RIGHT ENGINE ITT CLIMBED TO 1100C AND THE ENGINE WAS SHUTDOWN> THE PILOT NOTIFIED DEN AND RETURNED TO BASE WITHOUT ANY FURTHER INCIDENTS.
ELECTRIC ELEVATOR TRIM ACTUATED UN-COMMANDED. THE PILOT PRESSED THE 'TRIM DISCONNECT' BUTTON WHICH STOPPED THE ELECTRIC TRIM OPERATION.
STALL WARNING HORN SOUNDED CONTINUOUSLY FROM THE TIME THE ACFT TOOK OFF. PILOT ELECTED TO RETURN TO TAKEOFF AIRFIELD FOR AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING. SUBSEQUENT INSPECTION REVEALED THE LIFT DETECTOR COMPUTER WAS FAULTY.
AFTER TAKEOFF, WHEN GEAR SELECTED UP, THEY FAILED TO RETRACT. PILOT RETURNED TO TAKEOFF AIRFIELD FOR UNEVENTFUL LANDING. SUBSEQUENT INSPECTION FOUND THE LG POWER CB POPPED & CORROSION ON THE CB TERMINALS.
LEFT WING DEBOND. UPPER SKIN OF BONDED PANEL IN AREA AROUND FUEL BAY ACCESS OVAL PANEL DEBONDED FROM FUEL ACCESS DISH & HONEYCOMB CORE.
ANGLE LOCATED ABOVE THE ICE DOOR HINGE, THIS ANGLE HOLDS THE LOWER FIRE SEAL BULKHEAD. WHEN THIS ANGLE CRACKS, IT ALLOWS THE OUTSIDE COWL RIVETS TO WORK LOOSE, AND THIS CAUSES THE COWL SIDE SKIN TO CRACK. (M)
FLT 9449 - RSW-TPA - DURING TAXI, HEARD AND SAW ELECTRICAL ARC ON MAIN CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL, THERE WAS A SMELL OF ELECTRICAL SMOKE. REMOVED AND REPLACED LUMINESCENT PANEL IAW BEECHCRAFT MM CHAP 33. OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL. (M)
MIA/MCO - FLT 9380 - FORWARD CABIN DOOR WILL NOT OPEN WHEN HANDLE IS ROTATED. REMOVED AND REPLACED BROKEN DOOR CABLE.

FLT 7485 - NAS-FLL - RIGHT FIREWALL FUEL VALVE HANDLE ILLUMINATED FOR ABOUT 20 SECONDS AND EXTINGUISHED AT IDLE DURING TAXI. REPOSITIONED RIGHT ENGINE FIRE LOOP TO PROPER POSITION. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE SYSTEM WITH TEST SWITCH. (M)
FLT 396 - MCO/MIA - GEAR HORN AND HANDLE LIGHT WILL NOT ILLUMINATE WHEN POWER LEVERS ARE RETARDED OR FLAPS ARE LOWERED PAST APPROACH. SECURED WIRE AT LEFT POWER LEVER MICROSWITCH WITH AIRCRAFT ON JACKS. CYCLED GEAR SEVERAL TIMES. NO DEFECTS NOTED. (M)
FLT - 477 - FLL/NAS - LEFT ENGINE LOST OIL PRESSURE THEN THE ENGINE SHUTDOWN ITSELF. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO MIA AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. INSPECTED AND DETERMINED THAT THE LEFT OIL FILTER COVER O-RING WAS PINCHED ALLOWING LEAKAGE. REMOVED AND REPLACED O-RING. LEAK CHECK AND POWER ASSURANCE RUNS GOOD. AIRCRAFT RELEASED TO SERVICE.
