DURING AN OPS CHECK OF THE FAN AIR VALVE FOUND BLEED LEAK ON THE NR 1 ENGINE. TROUBLESHOOTING AND FOUND THE PNEUMATIC DUCT BETWEEN THE PRECOOLER AND PRSOV LOOSE AT THE FLANGE COUPLING ABOVE THE PRECOOLER. SECURED THE FLANGE COUPLING IAW IAW AMM 36-11-01. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
EICAS ILLUMINATED FOR THE LEFT ENGINE BLEED OVERHEAT. REMOVED AND REPLACED FAN AIR VALVE IAW AMM 36-11-16. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
EICAS LEFT PACK OFF, LEFT ENGINE BLEED OFF, LEFT ENGINE BLEED OVERHEAT. ACCOMPLISHED THE CHECK LIST. SECURED A LOOSE DUCT ON LEFT ENGINE FAN AIR VALVE. NO OTHER LEAKS NOTED IAW AMM 36-11-15 AND 36-11-16.
APU SURGES WITH ONE PACK ON. PERFORMED FIM 36-10-00, AND 49-17-00. FOUND A LARGE AIR LEAK AT THE FWD PNEUMATIC GROUND AIR CONNECTOR CHECK VALVE. COUPLING HAD BACKED OFF AND THE CHECK VALVE HAD ROTATED FROM ALIGNMENT SLOTS. REINSTALLED THE CHECK VALVE AND COUPLING IAW AMM 36-11-03, LEAK AND OPS CHECKED OK.
