UPON REMOVAL OF THE RUDDER, A BIRD NEST AND WATER WAS FOUND INSIDE THE TORQUE TUBE CREATING A CORROSION PROBLEM INSIDE AT TORQUE TUBE. THERE IS NO DRAIN HOLE IN THE BELLCRANK OR TORQUE TUBE TO ALLOW WATER TO DRAIN FROM THE TUBE.
