Part: SELECTOR VALVE — FAULTED (FUEL SYS) · airframe 14,150 hrs
AFTER TAKE OF THE ENGINE LOSS POWER AND AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION WE DETERMENT THAT THE FUEL SELECTOR VALVE WAS CLOSING THE FUEL WHILE IT WAS ON THE LEFT TANK POSITION CAUSING THE ENGINE TO SHUT DOWN.
Part: BUSHING — LOOSE (FUEL INJECTOR)
FUEL INJECTOR BUSHINGS DID NOT STAY IN PLACE WHEN FUEL INJECTORS WERE REMOVED. INJECTORS WERE REMOVED FOR CLEANING. THIS ENGINE HAS 11TSMOH AND 4 OUT OF THE 6 BUSHINGS LOOSENED WITH THE INJECTOR. PROBABLE CAUSE IS THAT THE LOCTITE 620 DOES NOT HOLD THE BUSHINGS IN PLACE.
