SIC FLYING THEN DISCONNECTED AUTOPILOT AND HAD TO TRIM NOSE DOWN TO KEEP PROPER PITCH ATTITUDE. MAX TRIM UP INDICATION GOT TO 7.2 AND INCREASING WHEN AUTOPILOT WAS DISCONNECTED. LANDED WITH NO FURTHER PROBLEMS. SWAPPED FCC P/N 822-0809-810 S/N 45CL3H WITH FCC 1B P/N 822-0809-810 S/N 4SN50Y. SWAPPED FCC 2A P/N 822-0809-810 S/N 45N2FD WITH FCC 2B P/N 822-0809-810 S/N 45CLDP. OPS CHECKS PASSED WITH NO DISCREPANCIES ALL WORK DONE IAW AMM 22-12-10. REMOVED AND INSTALLED INSPECTED HSTCU OPS CHECKED GOOD. ALL WORK DONE IAW AMM 27-41-01.

RIGHT JETPIPE OVHT RED CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST WHICH HAD US SHUT THE RT ENG DOWN IN FLIGHT. CAS MESSAGE WAS STILL ILLUMINATED AFTER SHUTTING DOWN ON RAMP. REMOVED THE FAILED RT ENGINE EXHAUST NOZZLE SENSING ELEMENT. INSTALLED A NEW ELEMENT WORK DONE IAW AMM 26-11-04. REPLACED TWO DAMAGED ELEMENT CLAMPS WITH TWO NEW CLAMPS. PERFORMED AN OPS TEST OF ENGINE FIRE/OVERHEAT DETECTION SYSTEM, OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 26-11-00 AND 78-10-01.

NEED OK TO INSTALL PROX SWITCH, OK TO INSTALL NEW MED PROX SWITCH P/N 8-405·04 S/N: B84245. RII INSTALLED MED PROX SWITCH IAW CL 650 AMM TASK 52-71-01·000·801. RIGGED AND OPS CHECK NEWLY INSTTALLED SWITCH IAW CL650 AMM 52 -71-01, OPERATIONAL TEST SATISFACTORY

GEAR EXTENDED PROPERLY//CREW CORRECTION TO ORGINAL WRITE UP// MLG: AFTER TAKE OFF AND ATTEMPTING TO RETRACT GEAR WITH GEAR HANDLE UP, THE MAIN GEAR REMAINED DOWN WITH GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATION, THE NOSE GEAR SHOW WHITE UP INDICATION. WE RECIEVED AN AURAL GEAR DISAGREE AND EICAS MESSAGE. ALL HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS APPEARED NORMAL . ALL GEAR PINS HAD BEEN REMOVED DURING PREFLIGHT AMD NOSE DOOR WAS CLOSED GEAR EXTENDED NORMALLY FOR LANDING // SIGNOFF// REMOVED FAULTY MLG SELECTOR VALVE P/N: 750005000, 601R75145-1 S/N: 0783T AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED OVERHAULED MLG SELECTOR VALVE P/N: 750005000, 601R75145-1 S/N: 0392. OPS AND LK CK NORMAL REF CL-650 MM 32-32-07.

APU AUTO SHUTDOWN - DURING TAKEOFF DEICE FLUID WAS INGESTED BY THE APU. WE HAD SMOKE IN CABIN AND COCKPIT, AND THE APU SHUT ITSELF DOWN. PERFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE APU INTAKE AND EXHAUST. FOUND SOME DE-ICE FLUID INSIDE THE INTAKE. CHECKED THE OIL SERVICE LEVEL OF THE APU AND FOUND THAT THERE WAS LITTLE TO NO OIL INSIDE THE APU. SERVICED APU TO NORMAL LEVELS WITH 2197, SERVICED WITH APPROXIMATELY 1.5 QUARTS. ATTEMPTED TO START THE APU, IT MADE IT TO 15% AND IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN. THERE WAS SMOKE COMING OUT OF THE INTAKE AND THE SMELL RETURNED TO THE COCKPIT. NO VISIBLE LEAKS WERE DETECTED. GAINED ACCESS AND REMOVED APU INTAKE ASSEMBLY DIRECTLY ABOVE THE APU. BORESCOPED THE APU AND FOUND A LOT OF DE-ICE FLUID IN MULTIPLE PARTS OF THE APU WITH NO WAY TO REMOVE IT. AFTER APU SAT OVER NIGHT, MCC REQUESTED ANOTHER START ATTEMPT. ACCESSED APU, AND SERVICED APU OIL AS REQUIRED. PERFORMED START ATTEMPT. APU SPOOLED TO 15%. APU MADE UNUSUAL NOISES. APU EGT SPIKED TO OVER 700, AND THEN SHUT DOWN. AFTER FAILED APU START ATTEMPT, OIL WAS DRAINING OUT OF VENT LINE UNDER FUSELAGE. FOUND THE DRAIN LINE DRAINS THE INTAKE PLENUM. CHECKED APU FILL CAP ON, REMOVED APU MAGNETIC DRAIN PLUG. NO OIL LEFT IN SUMP. NO DEBRIS NOTED ON DRAIN PLUG. REMOVED AND REPLACED APU, PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL TEST OF APU AND SATISFACTORY OPERATION TEST OF LOADED APU.
