5 MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF RIGHT SIDE BLEED AIR ANNUNCIATOR CAME ON DURING FLIGHT. CREW RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND BLEED AIR PRESSURE SWITCH FAILED. REPLACED THE SWITCH, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
ACFT WAS 20 MINUTES IN TO FLIGHT AT 21,000 FT ALTITUDE WITH WINDSHIELD HEAT IN THE OFF POSITION. COPILOT WINDSHIELD INNER PANE CRACKED IN MULTIPLE LOCATIONS AND ACFT DIVERTED.
DURING TAKEOFF ROLL THE RUDDER PEDALS KICKED HARD LT CAUSING LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL. ABORTED TAKEOFF AND TAXIED TO RAMP. MX PERFORMED A RUDDER BOOST TEST AND NOTED DURING RUN-UP THAT THE RT ENGINE RUDDER BOOST DID NOT RESPOND. THE LT ENGINE RUN-UP CAUSED THE RUDDER BOOST TO ACTIVATE. REMOVED AND REPLACED RUDDER BOOST DIFFERENTIAL SWITCH MFG PN 658-7C (P/N 101-384119-1) S/N OFF 4923 - S/N ON 6508.
SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF CLIMBING THROUH 6,000 FEET, THE LT CHIP DETECTOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE WITHOUT INCIDENT. NO OTHER ABNORMAL ENGINE PARAMETERS WERE NOTED. INVESTIGATION FOUND FERROUS METAL ON THE CHIP DETECTOR AND METAL PARTICLES WERE FOUND IN THE OIL FILTER. THE LT ENGINE WAS REMOVED AND SENT TO A REPAIR FACILITY FOR INSPECTION AND REPAIR.
