GEAR LIGHT NOSE GEAR FAILED TO ILLUMINATE WITH GEAR EXTENSION UNTIL 150 KTS. PINNED LANDING GEAR , ISSUED SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT FOR AC RETURN. JACKED AC AND INSPECTED NOSE GEAR, DISCOVERED LOCKING CLIP ON NOSE GEAR DOWN/LOCKED SWITCH POPPED OUT OF DETENT-SECURED AND SAFTIED DOWN/LOCKED SWITCH. CYCLED LANDING GEAR TEN TIMES WITH NO FURTHER DISCREPANCIES. (K)
UPON X-RAY INSPECTION OF AIRCRAFT FOR A 4000 LANDING INSPECTION, FOUND SEVERAL WORKING RIVETS AROUND CABIN WINDOWS AS INDICATED. LT NR 3 WINDOW; ONE (1) WORKING RIVET, LT NR 4 WINDOW; FOUR (4) WORKING RIVETS, LT NR 5 WINDOW, ONE (1) WORKING RIVET, RT NR 3 WINDOW, TWO (2) WORKING RIVETS; RT NR 4 WINDOW, ONE (1) WORKING RIVET; RT NR 5 WINDOW, TWO (2) WORKING RIVETS. ALL DISCREPANT RIVETS WERE EITHER REPLACED OR REBUCKED FOR SATISFACTORY SECURITY. (K)
DURING AIRCRAFT 4000 LANDING INSPECTION, FOUND APPROX A 1 INCH CRACK AT THE UPPER FORWARD RADIUS OF DOOR FRAME. STOP DRILLED CRACK AND REPAIRED WITH AN OVERLAY DOUBLER IAW THE SRM. OVERLAY INSTALLED (WET) WITH PRC 1440. (K)
DURING AC 4000 LANDING INSPECTION, FOUND APPROX 1INCH CRACK AT THE UPPER FORWARD RADIUS OF DOOR FRAME. STOP DRILLED CRACK AND REPAIRED WITH AN OVERLAY DOUBLER IAW THE SRM. OVERLAY INSTALLED WET WITH PRC 1440. (K)
LEFT WING REAR BEAM HAD CORROSION UNDERNEATH AILERON. (X)
FLANGE ON INBOARD SIDE OF HEAT EXCHANGER FAILED AND DUCT BECAME DISCONNECTED. HEAT EXCHANGER IS BEING SENT TO GULFSTREAM FOR ENGINEERING ANALYSIS. (X)
