EMERGENCY LIGHTING: DURING PREFLIGHT, FOUND COCKPIT EMERGENCY LIGHTS SWITCH IN THE ON POSITION. DURING AN EXTERIOR LIGHT CHECK NOTICED THE EXTERNAL OVER WING EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS WOULD ILLUMINATE MOMENTARILY AND THEN EXTINGUISH. INTERIOR EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN LIGHTS ALSO WOULD ILLUMINATE FOR APPROXIMATELY 5 SECONDS AND THEN EXTINGUISH. SUSPECT EMERGENCY LIGHTS BATTERY PACKS ARE DEPLETED. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REPLACED EMERGENCY BATTERIES LOCATED AT FORWARD GALLEY AND THE TWO LOCATED UNDER THE FLOOR BOARDS IN THE CARGO BAY. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST OF EMERGENCY BATTERIES REF. CL-650 AMM 33-51-01. OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
AT CRUISE FLIGHT LEVEL 38000 GOT AN AMBER CABIN ALT STARTED LOSING THE CABIN DECLARED AN EMERGENCY DID EMERGENCY DECSENT FOLLOWED QRC BOTH FLIGHT GOT HYPOXIA ONE COULDNT EVEN PUT ON HER SEAT BELT. AIRCRAFT STARTED REPRESSURIZING AROUND 13000 FEET. WHILE PERFORMING PRESSURIZATION LEAK CHECK FOUND AC TO LOOSE PRESSURIZATION FROM 40-30 PSI IN LESS THAN 1 MIN. (20 SEC) REPLACED PRIMARY AND SECONDARY OUTFLOW VALVES IAW AMM 21-32-01. NO FURTHER DEFECTS FOUND. OPS CHECK GOOD.
MAIN DOOR: MAIN DOOR CABLE IS JUMPING THE TRACK AND CATCHING ON PLASTIC HANDLE STOPPER. FOUND THE DOOR CLOSURE CABLE ROD END WAS EXCESSIVELY TIGHT AND HAD INCORRECT HARDWARE CAUSING THE DOOR CABLE TO JUMP TRACK AND DAMAGED DOOR CLOSURE PULLEY. REMOVED AND REPLACED PULLEY AND REPLACED ROD END HARDWARE. DOOR OPENS AND CLOSES GOOD. OPS CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME. OLD/NEW PULLEY P/N: K604-31904-7. REF CL650 M/M 52-11-22-400-801. STEERING INOP AMBER CAS: JUST AFTER TOUCHDOWN, THE STEERING INOP CAS MESSAGE CAME ON. WE STOPPED ON THE RUNWAY AND RECYCLED THE NOSE STEERING SWITCH. THIS CORRECTED THE PROBLEM AND WE CONTINUED TO THE RAMP WITH NORMAL STEERING//CORRECTIVE ACTION//REMOVED SUSPECT FAULTY NWS EHSV P/N 7026-3 S/N 1504 AND INSTALLED REPAIRED EHSV P/N 7026-3 S/N 1645 IAW CL650 MM 32-51-10. LEAK CHECK GOOD. PERFORMED A CHECK OF THE LEVEL OF HYDRAULIC FLUID IN THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM NO.3 AND L/ ADDED HYDRAULIC FLUID AS REQUIRED IAW CL650 AMM 12-12-29-611-801. PERFORMED SEVERAL NWS OPERATIONAL CHECKS T:,AW CL650 MM TASK 32-51-00-710-801 NOTING TRAVEL CHECKS ARE GOOD AND NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. HAD AIRCRAFT PULLED OUTSIDE, STARTED BOTH ENGINES IAW AFM AND PERFORMED TAXI CHECK TO ENSURE PROPER OPERATION OF NWS, ALL CHECKS GOOD.
MAIN DOOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR MOTOR STOPPED WHEN DOOR CAME UP 6 INCHES. TRIED MANUALLY CLOSING THE DOOR BUT THE CABLE WOULD NOT RETRACT INTO DOOR AND CAME OFF TOP PULLY. IT HAS COME OFF THE BOTTOM PULLY TOO MAKING ADDITIONAL ATTEMPT TO TROUBLESHOOT.(PRE-FLIGHT) // SIGNOFF// REMOVED DAMAGED LOWER AFF MAIN ENTRY DOOR CABLE PULLEY ASSY PN K604-31904-7 NSN AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW PULLY ASSY PN 604-31904-7 NSN. PERFORMED OPS CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.ALL WORK PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CL650 AMM 52-11-19
HYDRAULIC LINE: HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAKING NEAR LEFT MAIN BRAKE. HIGH PITCH SQUEAKING HEARD WHEN LEFT BRAKE WAS ACTUATED PRIOR TO HYDRAULIC LEAK DISCOVERY. //SIGNOFF// CLEANED OFF ALL HYDRAULIC FLUID AROUND BRAKES AND TIRES AND WHEELWELL FOUND LOOSE HYDRAULIC LINE LEADING TO #2 BRAKE. TIGHTENED LINE AS REQUIRED AND APPLIED HYDRAULIC PRESSURE. NO LEAKS FOUND. SERVICED #3 HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR SYSTEM IAW CL-650 AMM 12-12-29. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
