ENGINE STUCK AT HIGH POWER. POWER LEVER NON-RESPONSIVE, MADE EMERGENCY IDLE CUT-OFF LANDING. NO CONTAMINATION OF FCU INLET OR OUTLET FILTERS FOUND. NO CONTAMINATION OF P3 FILTER ASSY. DISCREPANCY DISCOVERED DURING LANDING. LANDING WAS ABORTED AND ACFT RETURNED FOR EMERGENCY LANDING.

BYPASS DOOR LOOSE (WILL NOT CLOSE ALL THE WAY). UPON INVESTIGATION FOUND FWD INERTIAL VANE ASSY SHAFT CRACKED. WHILE REPAIRING THE PREVIOUS DISCREPENCY, THE MECHANIC NOTICED THAT THE INLET SPLITTER PN 200803-513-01 WAS CRACKED AT THE CORNER.

WHEN IN BYPASS, DOOR IS HALF WAY BETWEEN NORMAL AND BYPASS. ON INVESTIGATION IT WAS FOUND THAT FWD INERTIAL SEPERATOR LEVER WAS BROKEN.
