PILOT REDUCED RH ENGINE POWER AFTER THE OIL PSI LOW WARNING ANNUNCIATOR ALERTED. PILOT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT, AND SHUTDOWN ENGINE WHEN CLEAR OF THE RUNWAY. MAINTENANCE FOUND FAULTY OIL SEAL AT PROP SHAFT AND REPLACED THE SEAL.

PILOT SHUTDOWN RT ENGINE AFTER NOTICING OIL TEMP HIGH, PRESSURE LOW, AND OIL STREAKS ON COWL. INVESTIGATION FOUND OIL TEMPERATURE VERNATHERM WAS NOT PASSING OIL THRU THE OIL COOLER.
POST FLIGHT INSPECTION REVEALED A SECTION OF TREAD MISSING FROM THE LEFT INBOARD TIRE. THE MISSING TREAD WAS A STRIP MEASURING APPROXIMATELY 2 X 16 INCHES. IT IS ASSUMED THAT THE TREAD SEPARATED DURING LANDING SINCE THE PRE FLIGHT INSPECTION REVEALED NO DAMAGE AND TAXI AND TAKEOFF SEEMED NORMAL. THE TIRE THAT EXPERIENCED THE TREAD SEPARATION WAS A RE-CAPPED TIRE.
3 TO 4 MINUTES AFTER LEVEL OFF AT FL230 THE RT WINDSHIELD INNER PLY DEVELOPED MULTIPLE CRACKS. PILOT LANDED AT THE NEAREST SUITABLE AIRFIELD. DESCENT & LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL.
