DURING TAKE OFF, TACH WENT TO ZERO, LOW ROTOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED WITH LOW ROTOR HORN. RETURNED, LANDED AND NOTIFIED MAINTENANCE AND CUSTOMER. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED ROTOR TACH GENERATOR. AIRCRAFT GROUND RUN LEAK CHECKED AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
