MAINTENANCE LUBRICATED AILERON CENTERING MECHANISM BELLCRANK HARDWARE, ROLLER LEVER ASSEMBLY AND ATTACH POINTS ON RIGHT HAND WING. VERIFIED CONTROL WHEEL FORCE WAS WITHIN LIMITS. A FUNCTIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS CONDUCTED WITH SATISFACTORY RESULTS. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AT 11800 FT, 20NM SOUTH OF DESTINATION CREW REPORTED AIRCRAFT LOST CABIN PRESSURE DURING DESCENT. CREW RAN THE CHECKLIST AND CONTINUED TO DESTINATION. A/C LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED. MX SECURED OUTFLOW VALVE OPEN AND MEL'D.
ABORTED TAKEOFF AT 70KT DUE TO LT CTOT/APR NOT ENGAGING. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED LT POWER LEVER. PERFORMED OP'S CHECKS. ALL CHECKED GOOD.
PERFORMED DOUBLER REPAIR FOR LARGE GOUGE ON THE LT FWD FUSELAGE IAW SAAB STATEMENT (SDS 023412). TD 340-53-12-02 CREATED FOR MAJOR REPAIR DOCUMENTATION. REF CONTROL # 220-40.
FLIGHT 3870 JST-IAD DECLARED AN EMERGENCY DUE TO RIGHT MAIN GEAR INDICATION. CREW EXECUTED A GO AROUND RAN QRH CYCLED GEAR AND CHECKED THE LIGHT BULBS. CREW THEN EXECUTED A FLY BY THE TOWER, THE TOWER REPORTED THAT THE GEAR APPEARS TO BE DOWN, ALSO THERE WAS A UA CAPTAIN IN THE BACK OF THE AIRCRAFT AND REPORTED TO THE CREW THAT THE GEAR WAS DOWN. THE CABIN WAS PREPPED AND BRACED FOR AN UNSAFE LANDING. FLIGHT LANDED ON RUNWAY 1R WITHOUT INCIDENT AND WAS ABLE TO TAXI TO THE GATE A6E UNDER ITS OWN POWER. RESECURED MLG CONNECTOR. ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD, SWING CHECKS GOOD.
ON INITIAL CLIMB AT APPROX 500 FT RIGHT ENGINE ITT INCREASED FROM 910 TO 980 DEGREES/POWER REDUCED TO 40 PERCENT TORQUE WHICH REDUCED TEMP. DECLARED EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO FIELD IN IAD WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED P3 DUCT, PERFOMED BORESCOPE FOR HIGHT ITT, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
LOG PAGE "HYD FLUID QTY LOSS & MAIN HYD ACCUM FAILURE. HYD LEAK IN RIGHT MAIN GEAR WELL. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT MLG DOWNLOCK SWIVEL REF SAAB AMM 32-33-10-02. LANDING GEAR EXTENSION & RETRACTION REQUIRED OPS CHECKED OF LG EXT & RET GOOD REF SAMM 32-30-00-05.

A REPOSITION FLIGHT ON CLIMB OUT CREW RESET THE RIGHT HAND BLEED THAT'S WHEN THEY GOT A BURNING SMELL IN THE FLIGHT DECK. CREW FOLLOWED THE QRH CHECKLIST AND DECLARED THE EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO IAH. RAN AIRCRAFT OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW 71-00-00 & 21-60-00.
LT EADI FAILED IN FLIGHT. SLIGHT ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL, PULLED CB G18 LT EADI SCREEN BLACKED OUT. REPLACED LT EADI SCREEN IAW SAAB AMM 34-24-10, REPLACED LT DPU IAW SAAB AMM 34-24-20.
NR 2 ENGINE FIRE WARNING INTERMITTENT. CORRECTIVE ACTION STILL IN WORK.
DURING GEAR RETRACTION, ENGINE FIRE (RT ENG) FIRE BELL AURAL ALERT ILLUMINATED AND WENT OUT. ENGINE FIRE CWP ONLY, HANDLE WAS NOT ILLUMINATED. DURING FLAP EXTENSION, AND GEAR EXTENSION, EXPERIENCED THE SAME PHENOMENON. INSTALLED WEU P/N 004W500, S/N 1116 AND OPS CHECKED PER AMM 26-11-00-05. INSTALLED FDCU P/N 899052-02, S/N ON 749, PERFORMED OPS CHECKS PER 26-11-00-05, OPS CHECKS GOOD. SWUNG GEAR SEVERAL TIME OPS CHECKS GOOD. DURING GEAR SWING FOUND RT ENG AFT FIRE LOOP CLAMP BROKEN, REMOVED AND REPLACED CLAMP P/N 245857 PER SRM 51-40-21, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
ABORTED TAKEOFF DUE TO CONFIGURATION WARNING. CREW RESET CONDITION LEVERS. FLIGHT CONTINUE TO IAD.

CAPT AIRSPEED INDICATOR FAILED, ABORTED AT APPROX 3040KTS. REMOVED AND REPLACED CAPT AIRSPEED INDICATOR IAW SMM 34-12-15, PN ON /OFF 622-5353-011 SN ON 285, SN OFF 20, OPS CHK GOOD.
