WHILE ATTEMPTING TO ADJUST CABLE TENSIONS FOR A LOW CABLE TENSION SQUAWK, THE TECHNICIAN RAN OUT OF ADJUSTMENT IN THE TURN BARREL. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION IT WAS NOTED THAT THE RUDDER TORQUE TUBE P/N 500-15623-001 HAD MIGRATED OUT OF THE LT BEARING COVER P/N 500-15103-00. AS A RESULT OF THE RUDDER TORQUE TUBE MIGRATION, THE STOP QUADRANT, P/N 500-15186-403 IS NOT ALIGNED WITH THE STOP BOLTS.
EN ROUTE ATL-MEI - EXPERIENCED FLAP CONTROL FAULT. COULD NOT RESET SO DIVERTED TO JAN. DECLARED EMERGENCY AND MADE A 0 DEGREE FLAP LANDING. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT OUTBOARD FLAP ACTUATOR. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD AND AIRCRAFT IS OK FOR SERVICE. (M)
DURING INSPECTION, FOUND CORROSION ON FRAME 23 BETWEEN STRINGERS 17 RT AND 18 RT. REPAIRED IAW EO120-53-0093, REFERENCES EAC FAXS EST 246/95, EST 226/96, EST 283/96, SRMS 51-00-00 AND 53-00-00, AND HBDK5 REFS 3.2.3, 8.1 AND 8.1.2. (M)
DURING INSPECTION FOUND LEFT WING, RIB 17, SPAR ANGLE CRACKED. MCN MAINTENANCE REPAIRED WING SPAR IAW ASA EO120-57-0066, REFERENCE DATA EAC FAX SST-2447/98 AND SRM 51-00-00. (M)
ATL-CRW - NR 2 PROP FEATHERED IN FLIGHT DURING DESCENT, TORQUE NOTED AT 80 PERCENT WHILE PROP WAS FEATHERED. PROP UNFEATHERED BY ITSELF ON APPROACH, PRIOR TO LANDING. ATL MAINTENANCE WAS DISPATCHED AND REPLACED THE TSCU AND THE TORQUE PROBE. MCN MAINTENANCE WAS DISPATCHED AND REPLACED THE PROPELLER ASSEMBLY. THE PROBLEM COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED EITHER BEFORE OF AFTER THE COMPONENTS WERE REPLACED. (M)
