RIGHT BUS ISOLATED , RIGHT BUS TIE ILLUMINATED. RIGHT GEN OFF LINE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: INSPECTED AND TROUBLESHOOT RIGHT ISOLATION BUS REF FIM 24-20 TASK 802. MAIN BUS / OVERLAP ZONE. ALL CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME. RAN BOTH ENGINES AND DISCONNECTED BOTH L & R BUS TIES TO SIMULATE A DISCONNECT. NO ISSUES FOUND AT THIS TIME. AIRCRAFT IS GOOD FOR RETURN TO SERVICE AT THIS TIME. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
L GEN DRIVE EICAS ILLUMINATED AFTER TAKE-OFF. PERFORMED QRH PROCEDURE. RETURNED TO LBSF.
LT VHF RADIO FAIL AND RT VHF RADIO FAIL CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED (CA'S) RADIO CONTROL PANEL IAW AMM 23-10. OPS CHECKED GOOD. AND REMOVED AND REPLACED AUDIO CONTROL PANEL (F/O'S) IAW AMM 23-51. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS ROW 8 & ROW 29-35 RIGHT SIDE UNSERVICEABLE. REPLACED THE BATTERY PACK. OPS CHECKED NORMAL IAW MM 33-51.
FLOORBEAM BS 325 AT LBL 20 CORRODED. CORROSION REMOVED IAW SRM 51-10-02. FOUND OUT OF LIMITS IAW SRM 53-00-51, FIG 101. HFEC PERFORMED IAW NDT, PT 6, 51-00-21. NO CRACK FOUND. FABRICATED TEE AND SPLICE AND INSTALLED IAW SRM 53-00-51 REPAIR 1.
