ENROUTE TO PHX FROM OLS WHEN CREW WAS ADVISED TO HOLD FOR WEATHER AROUND THE SAMETIME THE AIRCRAFT LOST SEVERAL INSTRUMENTS AND LIGHTING, AND RECEIVED INSTRUMENT INOP FLAGS ON CAPTAIN SIDE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE ALTIMETER INOP FLAG, TURN COORDINATOR INOP FLAG, INTERMITTENT HSI INOP FLAG, PANEL LIGHTING, AND TORQUE INDICATIONS. PILOT SWITCHED TO DIFFERENT INVERTER WITH NO RESULT AND FOUND L/H ELECTRICAL NO. 1 CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS POPPED AND RESET CIRCUIT BREAKER, BUT IT POPPED AGAIN WITHIN 1 TO 2 MINUTES. PILOT REQUESTED AN ALTERNATE AIRPORT AS IWA AND RECEIVED A VECTOR AND VISUAL APPROACH. AFTER PILOT PERFORMED APPROACH CHECKLIST AND LOWER GEAR, PILOT OBSERVED THREE GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED LIGHTS; HOWEVER, IN-TRANSIT HANDLE LIGHT ALSO REMAINED ILLUMINATED. PILOT DECIDED FOLLOWING AN ABNORMAL PROCEDURES CHECKLIST AND PUMPED THE GEAR TO ENSURE IT WAS LOCKED. AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY INTO IWA. AIRCRAFT WAS REPOSITIONED TO PHX VIA SPF DATED 03/13/2020. PHX MAINTENANCE RESET LH NO 1 ELECTRICAL CB AND CHECKED GENERATOR OUTPUT VOLTAGE AND FOUND LOW ON BOTH GENERATORS. ADJUSTED BOTH GCU VOLTAGE. LH NO 1 ELECTRICAL CB DID NOT OPEN THROUGHOUT DURATION OF CHECK. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST OF LANDING GEAR SYSTEM AND NO DEFECTS NOTED, OPS CHECK GOOD.
DISCREPANCY: THE PILOT REPORTED JUST AFTER TAKE-OFF AND ON INITIAL CLIMB OUT FROM KPHX, THAT WHEN THE LANDING GEAR WAS SELECTED TO THE UP POSITION, THE GEAR HANDLE REMAINED ILLUMINATED (RED) INDICATING A GEAR UNSAFE CONDITION. THE PILOT CONTINUED AND BEGAN TO TROUBLE SHOOT BY CYCLING THE LANDING GEAR WITH THE SAME RESULT. THE PILOT PLACED THE LANDING GEAR SELECTOR BACK TO THE DOWN POSITION AND FOLLOWING PROCEDURE FOR A MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION TRIED THE HAND PUMP AND RECEIVED A 3 (GREEN) GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATION. THE PILOT THEN LANDED BACK IN KPHX WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE CORRECTIVE ACTION: MAINTENANCE PLACED THE AIRCRAFT ON JACKS AND PERFORMED A GEAR SWING, UPON FURTHER INSPECTION IT WAS NOTED THAT THE LEFT HAND OUTBOARD GEAR DOOR RETRACTION MECHANISM WAS BENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED (P\N 115-810038) CAM ASSEMBLY AND (P/N 115-810036-3) CAM PLATE WITH NEW UNITS AND ASSOCIATED HARDWARE. MAINTENANCE THEN PERFORMED MORE GEAR SWINGS AND OPERATION OF THE LANDING GEAR AND INDICATION WAS NORMAL. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE AND NO SUBSEQUENT ISSUES HAVE BEEN REPORTED.
THE AIRCRAFT WAS IN CRUISE FLIGHT WHEN THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THERE WAS A SMALL AMOUNT OF OIL LEAKING EXTERNALLY FROM THE RT COWLING BEHIND THE PROPELLER. NOTIFIED ATC AND RECEIVED A DIRECTIVE TO PROCEED STRAIGHT TO KABQ. THE RIGHT OIL PRESSURE BEGAN TO FLUCTUATE BELOW THE GREEN ARC. CREW FOLLOWED EMERGENCY PROCEDURES, PERFORMED AN INFLIGHT SHUTDOWN OF THE RT ENGINE, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AT KABQ. MAINTENANCE CLEANED AND INSPECTED THE RIGHT ENGINE FOR THE SOURCE OF THE OIL LEAK. ON THE GROUND RUN THE RT ENGINE PROPELLER GOVERNOR WAS LEAKING OIL FROM THE BASE OF THE CANNON PLUG CONNECTOR. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE PROPELLER GOVERNOR WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED GROUND RUNS AND OPERATION AND LEAK CHECKS WERE FOUND NORMAL AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON APPROACH, PILOT SELECTED THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE TO THE EXTEND POSITION, PILOT DID NOT RECEIVE 3 DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATOR LIGHTS. PILOT DECIDED TO PERFORM A MANUAL EXTENSION OF LANDING GEAR; PILOT RECEIVED 3 GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATOR LIGHTS AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED A FAULTY LT LANDING GEAR DOWNLOCK SWITCH, MAINTENANCE REPLACED DOWN LOCK SWITCH AND PERFORMED LANDING GEAR SWINGS, LANDING GEAR OPS CHECKS NORMAL.
