Part: DOOR SEAL — NICKED (PAX DOOR)

AT 2:45 HOURS INTO FLIGHT, A HIGH PITCH SQUEAL WAS OBSERVED FROM MAIN ENTRY DOOR WITH NO LOSS OF CABIN PRESSURE. AT 4:30 HOURS INTO FLIGHT, LOUD AIR NOISE HEARD FROM DOOR WITH ASSOCIATED CABIN PRESSURE LOSS. EMERGENCY DESCENT INITIATED AND SUCCESSFUL LANDING IN LUTON, ENGLAND WHERE FAILED MAIN ENTRY DOOR SEAL WAS REPLACED AND SATISFACTORILY OPERATIONALLY TESTED.
