AT CRUISE AUTOTHROTTLE AND AUTOPILOT DISCONNECTED. AUTO THROTTLE WOULD NOT RE-ENGAGE. AUTOPILOT L AND C INOP. R AUTOPILOT WORKED. LEFT AND FO FLIGHT DIRECTORS INOP. CAPT HEADING BUG INOP. CAPT SPEED BUG INOP. CAPT ALTITUDE SEL INOP.
AT 10,000 MSL, CREW O2 QTY DROPPED TO 70 PSI
CORROSION FOUND ON FUSELAGE SKIN AND STRINGER 36R BETWEEN STA 1175 - 1197+22 AFT CARGO
FLIGHT ATTENDANT STATED THAT SPARKS AND A BURNING ODOR HAD BEEN OBSERVED AT THE PSU AREA ABOVE SEAT 14 KJ. INSPECTED AND FOUND A 3 WIRE BUNDLE OF WHAT I ESTIMATE TO BE 22 TO 24 GAUGE WIRE. ONE WIRE IN THE BUNDLE HAD SHORTED BY CONTACT WITH A FASTENER HEAD ABOVE THE PLASTIC COVERING OF THE OXYGEN MASKS,
DURING THE COMPLIANCE OF THE AD 2007-16-18 (F) AND S/B 767-25-0376 REV 2 WERE FOUND POWER DRIVE UNITS (PDU) WIRE BUNDLES BURNT IN THE FWD CARGO COMPARTMENT CARGO HANDLING SYSTEM.
DURING THE DAILY CHECK MAINTENNANCE FOUND BATTERY PACK INOP. MX REMOVED AND REPLACE THE POWER SUPPLY M730. OPS CHECK GOOD PER AMM 33-51-07. SEE LOG PAGE 37640.
EMERGENCY LIGHT INOP AT RIGHT SIDE. REMOVED AND REPLACED M730 POWER SUPPLY BATTERY PACK IAW 33-51-01. OPS CHECK GOOD.
LEFT SIDE "L" WING SLIDE AFT DOOR SIDE (L396, L645, L397) EMERGENCY EXTERIOR LIGHT INOP. MX REPLACED THE BATTERY PACK TO M738 POWER SUPPLY MODULE IAW AMM 33-55-07-201. OPS CHECK NORMAL.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOP FOR GROUPS ZONE 3 CABIN, L4 R1 EXIT LIGHTS, LEFT EXTERIOR AFT, LEFT EXTERIOR FORWARD, 1L, 1R EXIT SIGNS, AND OVERVIEW EXIT SIGNS. MX MECHANIC R&R THE POWER SUPPLY BATTERY PACKS (M734, M1210,M738,M736, M1208 AND M1209) PER AMM 33-51-21. OPS CHECK GOOD.
DEPARTED FROM SPJC WITH A CREW OF TWO (PILOTS) AND NO PASSENGERS UNDER DAY TIME FLIGHT CONDITIONS. THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED DURING CLIMB TO FL 380 THEY ENCOUNTERED AN EICAS STATUS MESSAGE CABIN ALT AUTO 2 MESSAGE. THE FLIGHT CREW SELECTED AUTO 1. THEY CONTINUED THE FL 380, WITH FOUR MINUTES OF BEING AT FL 380 THEY WERE ALERTED TO EICAS MESSAGE: CABIN ALTITUDE, AS WELL AS CABIN ALT DISCREET LIGHT. THE FLIGHT CREW DONNED THEIR O2 MASK AND PERFORMED THE QRH PROCEDURES FOR THE INDICATED WARNING. THE FLIGHT CREW BEGAN AN EMERGENCY DESCENT FOR THE ALERT. ATC WAS NOTIFIED AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SPJC TO AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING.
UPPER EICAS DISPLAY IS INOP.
CAPTAIN'S HAND MIKE BECAME STUCK IN THE TRANSMITTING POSITION. HAND MIKE WAS UNPLUGGED TO RESOLVE THE IMMEDIATE ISSUE.
L1 & R1 DOOR VIEW PORTS ARE INOPERATIVE.
CAPTAIN'S FLOODLIGHT CONTROLLER IS INOPERATIVE.
LEFT COMM INOPERATIVE.
NUMEROUS OVERHEAD PANEL INTEGRAL BACKLIGHTING AREAS ARE INPOPERATIVE.
FIRST OFFICER'S HAND MIC IS INOPERATIVE.
LEFT HAND AFT EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE.
LH MIDDLE EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS ARE INOPERATIVE.
FUEL QUANTITY SYSTEM DISPLAYED ON PREFLIGHT EICAS CHECK. TROUBLESHOT DOWN TO INDICATOR FAILURE, REMOVE AND REPLACE THE FUEL QUANTITY INDICATOR. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH THE OEM MANUAL IS GOOD.
