UNIT HAS WEAK POWER OUT AND UNABLE TO ADJUST FREQUENCY TO SPECS. REPLACED CAVITY TUBE V101. REPAIRED.CLEANED CONTACTS ON WAFER SWITCHES. ADJUSTED PULSE WIDTH AND FREQUENCY. BENCH CHECK GOOD.
